“While traveling to FL towing our kayak trailer, one of the springs broke, causing the trailer axle to dislodge, wedging that tire on the fender. In the dark on the side of the road, feeling fortunate that nothing struck another vehicle and no one was injured, we searched for a tow truck. Luckily, we reached Ronnie's.

The tow truck driver was very competent, polite, and sweet. The trailer was loaded on the roll-up and we drove on to our hotel in Dunn with the assurance that our yaks and gear would be secured in the tow yard. We weren't sure if they could repair the trailer or whether we would need to rent a u-haul.

We picked up our trailer full of gear and yaks today. Ronnie's staff replaced both springs, all u-bolts and other hardware, replaced the damaged rear light, changed out the damaged tire and provided pleasant professional service throughout the process. I note that they had a yard full of trucks already there, waiting for service, but they attended to our repairs right away so we could travel on. Their towing charge and repair bill were both quite reasonable, fair and clearly explained. They are trustworthy and eager to help us get to our destination.

I'd note that a few months ago, we had a very negative experience with predatory towers who demanded cash late at night, charged far more than Ronnie's towing fee for towing a quarter of the distance, and treated us and the others (whose cars were towed from the same venue) with contempt and rudeness. The kindness and helpfulness of everyone we encountered at Ronnie's was a stark contrast. They wouldn't even take our credit card info until we picked up the repaired trailer. They treated us like family.

I hope I don't have a similar experience... But I wholeheartedly recommend Ronnie's to all travelers. Honest, fair, capable and kind.”

“While traveling from Virginia to South Carolina for a week long camping trip our Vehicle cut off on I795 in Wilson, NC. It was late Saturday afternoon and we were left scrambling trying to find a solution. After several phone calls a small shop recommended I call Aggressive Towing. Kevin was quick to help us! He sent his driver Wayne who ended up towing our camper to one location and our vehicle to a local dealer.
