“Driving from northern Virginia to coastal North Carolina when I heard debris thrown around in the left front wheel well and accompanying tire pressure drop to 1 PSI. Limped the Tesla to them for a look. We had much fun making fun of people that buy cars without spare tires and keys and such (ie me). After probably less than 20 minutes I was out the door and back on my way. Super nice folks, quick, and didn’t take advantage of the situation. Leroy and team QT thanks a TON!”

“Hands down, this was the best car purchasing experience we have ever had. Mike was incredible to work with and brought so much fun to the process. We also had the pleasure of meeting Brent and Matt, and completed our paperwork with Johnathan. It might sound like a lot of name-dropping, but every single one of these guys earned the recognition. From start to finish, the entire team was genuinely kind, welcoming, and down-to-earth. There was zero pressure. Instead, they took the time to ask what we actually needed and wanted, listening to every detail. Even when we were waiting on bank approvals, there were none of the typical dealership games—no holding our keys hostage or making us sit in a waiting room for hours. Instead, they told us to head home and relax in comfort while they handled the legwork. That level of consideration for the buyer is rare, and it meant the world to us. That patience was especially tested when I changed my mind at the very last minute and asked for the car sitting right on the showroom floor. Instead of showing frustration, they rolled with it with total grace, humor, and understanding. I put them through their paces, and they handled it like absolute pros. If you want a car-buying experience built on respect, zero pressure, and genuine care, go see this team. You’ll be dropping their names to everyone you know, too.”

I needed a few other things done before it made since to do the repairs I went to him for. “Let me start off by saying, I ended up at this place completely by accident. But I’m a firm believer that things happen for a reason. My first encounter had me a little heated and caught off guard. The gentleman asked, “May I help you” I told him I needed a tire, and his response was, “We don’t sell used tires.” At first, I was taken aback by the way it was said, but I decided to take the high road—and I can honestly say I’m glad I did. The owner was very nice, and they took care of all my needs in a professional and respectful manner. Sometimes we have to look beyond the moment and understand that people may not truly mean things the way they come across. I would definitely go back! Everyone was very nice, professional, and helpful. Not to mention, being at this place brought back so many nostalgic memories for me. As a kid, I would always talk about the “big man” out front. ? I remember seeing him and being fascinated by him, so coming back here all these years later brought back a little piece of my childhood. Sometimes taking the high road can lead you to a pleasant experience you never expected. ❤️”

“I recently purchased a vehicle from Medlin Mazda and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The entire process was easy, honest, and surprisingly quick. The sales team was professional and genuinely focused on helping us find the right vehicle at the right price rather than pressuring us into a sale. What really stood out was the level of customer service after the purchase. Their patience and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. If you're looking for a dealership that values honesty, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, I highly recommend Medlin Mazda. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and the overall experience.”

“This was my first time going to Mr. Tire and, I have to say, I was very impressed. There was a mix up as far as my appointment went but Lashika, the GM of this location, was VERY nice and accomodating. Even though they were closing in an hour, she and the man in the garage (I believe his name may be Craig) took my car in and got 2 tires installed, an alignment, and a state inspection done. They even stayed a bit over 7pm to finish my van and get me back on the road. I'd definitely go back here again.”

“When I first called and spoke with the mechanic and owner of the station ...he was reluctant because he doesn't really work on the old Volkswagens.... Only because there are not many around in this area. Though he did do me a favor and I'm so grateful The 1968 VW bug is running great Thank you again To Bunn Auto in Wilson nc and it's crew!!!”

“I took my car to get two new tires and get the rotors turned. I was told up front that there would be a wait, and there was, but that was no problem because I had been told in advance. Unfortunately, the Wendy’s next-door has a no firearms on premise policy and with no way to secure my firearm with my vehicle being in the shop, I walked back and was on the phone with my mother considering DoorDash for lunch. The manager overheard me ask about having food delivered and offered me a ride across the highway to get myself something to eat. He was very courteous about the situation and I appreciate his accommodating. He was incredibly respectful and comfortable to be around. All of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle around other appointments and walk-ins. Fantastic customer service and I’ll be returning for the other two tires next month!”
501 Goldsboro Street South, Wilson NC 27893
