“Super disappointed. I called because I have heard great reviews from others word of mouth about their honesty. I spoke with Nate on the phone and was told he could not give me an estimated quote on the phone. This is the ONLY shop I have dealt with that won’t give me an estimated price on parts and labor with providing make, model and trim. His reasoning was because he doesn’t know the trim what kind of stuff I need and if there is rust or not.
I felt uneasy about the above information and wanted to give my honest opinion however I did jump to this review so let me correct that as he was very polite and professional. I just didn’t understand not getting any vehicle information to give a very ROUGH starting point. I live an hour away so driving in to have it looked at with young kids isn’t an easy thing to do. I appreciate the professional response below. Was going to reconsider them in the future when we actually relocate or can make the drive before then to do as requested and get it viewed but need them done soon to not cause damage to my car. Hopefully they can reconsider as well. Only reason for four stars is there was no actual work or experience with conducting business transaction regarding my vehicle to rate further.”

“I got a flat tire on the side of Highway 64 on my way to the beach. Thankfully, a good Samaritan helped me put on my spare. Instead of driving back to Raleigh for a new tire that night, I called this location to see if they could help since it was closer. Bruce Allen, the store manager answered my call and told me to come right over. While he did not have my exact tire in stock, he said he could get me a similar one right away. By the time I drove there, he had found my exact tire and had it delivered! It was waiting for me when I got there! I was in and out of there in about 45 minutes and back on the road. Mr. Allen was so kind and I was so thankful for his help so quickly. Highly recommend Mr Tire!! Their staff and service has never disappointed!”
“Driving from northern Virginia to coastal North Carolina when I heard debris thrown around in the left front wheel well and accompanying tire pressure drop to 1 PSI. Limped the Tesla to them for a look. We had much fun making fun of people that buy cars without spare tires and keys and such (ie me). After probably less than 20 minutes I was out the door and back on my way.

He communicated that to me and then explained what he was talking about and also gave pricing for making the needed repairs.”
“He owns the shop himself and hes the only worker but man is he good at what he does. He uses a tape measure and ensures your exhaust looks perfect coming out the back. Hes polite and doesn’t charge an arm and a leg for his work. I would recommend to all my friends and family.”

“I took my car to get two new tires and get the rotors turned. I was told up front that there would be a wait, and there was, but that was no problem because I had been told in advance. Unfortunately, the Wendy’s next-door has a no firearms on premise policy and with no way to secure my firearm with my vehicle being in the shop, I walked back and was on the phone with my mother considering DoorDash for lunch. The manager overheard me ask about having food delivered and offered me a ride across the highway to get myself something to eat. He was very courteous about the situation and I appreciate his accommodating. He was incredibly respectful and comfortable to be around. All of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle around other appointments and walk-ins. Fantastic customer service and I’ll be returning for the other two tires next month!”

“Let me start off by saying, I ended up at this place completely by accident. But I’m a firm believer that things happen for a reason.
My first encounter had me a little heated and caught off guard. The gentleman asked, “May I help you” I told him I needed a tire, and his response was, “We don’t sell used tires.” At first, I was taken aback by the way it was said, but I decided to take the high road—and I can honestly say I’m glad I did.
The owner was very nice, and they took care of all my needs in a professional and respectful manner. Sometimes we have to look beyond the moment and understand that people may not truly mean things the way they come across.
I would definitely go back! Everyone was very nice, professional, and helpful. Not to mention, being at this place brought back so many nostalgic memories for me. As a kid, I would always talk about the “big man” out front. ? I remember seeing him and being fascinated by him, so coming back here all these years later brought back a little piece of my childhood.
