“Went to North State Battery Co. this morning to get my battery tested and was received by such hospitable and friendly service. My battery was working at 100%. The gentleman (I did not see a name tag and didn’t think to ask his name) explained my negative and positive terminals were just loose. He cleaned and tightened them up and also cleaned the battery off for me. He certainly went out of his way to explain what my issues could be and even offered insight on resolving them. He did not charge for his services today and wouldn’t accept the coffee money I offered. He simply said to come back if I ever needed a new battery. Glad I didn’t need a battery this time but I know where I’ll be headed to if I ever do ☺️✨”
“Driving from northern Virginia to coastal North Carolina when I heard debris thrown around in the left front wheel well and accompanying tire pressure drop to 1 PSI. Limped the Tesla to them for a look. We had much fun making fun of people that buy cars without spare tires and keys and such (ie me). After probably less than 20 minutes I was out the door and back on my way.
Super nice folks, quick, and didn’t take advantage of the situation.

“We were traveling and our car broke down. The car was towed in for service and the Chrysler Dodge service team stayed late to receive the vehicle and pre-staged potential needed parts for the next day. The next morning they got right to fixing the vehicle and had us back on the road before noon. Throughout the entire time the team was very courteous, helpful and accommodating. This was the best dealership we’ve ever been to!!”

“Super disappointed. I called because I have heard great reviews from others word of mouth about their honesty. I spoke with Nate on the phone and was told he could not give me an estimated quote on the phone. This is the ONLY shop I have dealt with that won’t give me an estimated price on parts and labor with providing make, model and trim. His reasoning was because he doesn’t know the trim what kind of stuff I need and if there is rust or not.
I felt uneasy about the above information and wanted to give my honest opinion however I did jump to this review so let me correct that as he was very polite and professional. I just didn’t understand not getting any vehicle information to give a very ROUGH starting point. I live an hour away so driving in to have it looked at with young kids isn’t an easy thing to do. I appreciate the professional response below. Was going to reconsider them in the future when we actually relocate or can make the drive before then to do as requested and get it viewed but need them done soon to not cause damage to my car. Hopefully they can reconsider as well. Only reason for four stars is there was no actual work or experience with conducting business transaction regarding my vehicle to rate further.”
“Tire selection is unbelievable, and whatever they don't have In shop, they can order it. Staff is very friendly & knowledgeable, and they have never tried to upsell me into something I don't need. They stick by their word & have some of the best prices in eastern NC.
If you need a set of tires rims, or any other work then check them out!!”

“Great way to start the New Year, our tire blew out while passing through Wilson on New Year's day. The tow truck driver recommended Dennis Jones and his team at Firestone. Even though they were extremely busy and booked all day, they were able to find tires to fit our car and get us back in the road quickly.
They had excellent, courteous service and even went so far as to put tire shine on the tires to make them look their best. Can't recommend them highly enough.”

I needed a few other things done before it made since to do the repairs I went to him for. He communicated that to me and then explained what he was talking about and also gave pricing for making the needed repairs.”

“My jeep engine was making a loud clicking sound. Bad tappet/valve lifter design, common problem. Dealer wanted $$$ to replace the tappets and said the cam shafts would most likely be gone and they usually replaced them anyway, $$$$ . Mike at Rouse Automotive did it for far less and didn't need to replace the cams. Jeep is running great! Excellent service, courteous mechanics and a couple of friendly dogs! But you need to be patient as they are busy and it took a few days to get to my car. Also, its a mechanic's garage with engine parts everywhere, not a dealer showroom. Highly recommend!”

“My wife Angie and I decided to purchase an EV , due to her new job that required her to drive 100+ miles per day. After seeing a Blazer EV on the Medlin website , I called and spoke with David in sales. I went to the dealership , the Blazer was ready for a demo drive and David was very kind and professional and answered all my questions. At NO TIME was I ever pressured. EVERY single person in the dealership extended their hand of friendship and appreciation for being there. Several people helped acquire all the documentation for questions I had about chargers / warranties / maintenance. My wife came and drove the Blazer and loved it. The F&I manager also helped set up all the bells and whistles / phone pairing / and other cool gadgets and gizmos.
Long story made short …. THIS WAS THE BEST buying experience I have ever witnessed. And I have been buying autos for 50 years !!!

“Awesome experience. Took my radiator to another shop in Rocky Mount. The staff was rude. The estimate was very High and they didn’t think they could help me after they inspected the radiator but said would try but would be responsible for a cleaning and diagnostic just to tell me if it didn’t work. I took it to Arts, dropped it off. He called me a day later and said it was finished. Awesome experience, wonderful customer service, fair pricing. I’m happy with my experience at Arts!”
