This location is hard to get into because it sits on a one-way street, requiring customers to go around the building to enter. The service is really hit and miss. Some days the workers are very nice and helpful. Other days they are very pushy, rushing customers even if alone, annoyed by questions, or they ignore you altogether. Replacing the employees with attitude problems would make it a five-star experience.

Online offers walk in passport hours listed 3-4pm. Only one other customer in the office and I was turned away once arriving at 3:05pm due to “short staff” and with a nasty attitude.

The way she talked to this elderly lady was absolutely horrible
WHY DONT SOMEONE DO SOMETHING!!!!
