Is this post office closed? If not it should be. Mailed a bill 3 weeks ago, still has not been delivered, Thank you for the late payment and credit ding. (Sarcasm).

My husband arrived today at 4:00, after picking up our 4 month old and leaving work early to ensure he would make it to the post office prior to it closing. The doors were locked and my husband said through the glass doors “why are the doors locked? The post office closes at 4:30”, the female employee stated back ”I know” and shook her head.
Another woman entered the post office after him and the same thing happened to her.
This is outrageous behavior for a federal establishment.
I have to take our baby out again tomorrow because the female employee closed the doors, and acknowledged she did, 30 minutes early.

Mail carrier is fine, and does a great job at my house. Only reason for two stars instead of none.
This office is a catastrophe and needs to be completely reset. I have now come to this office on two separate occasions to witness employees verbally berating each other, gossiping in front of customers about (I can only assume) management, and just generally being rude and standoffish.
I've also encountered a line inside the office with an employee chatting with a friend outside. Super unprofessional to neglect your job like that but clearly management is okay with it.
Take your business to any other post office location, or even UPS or some grocery store where they accept packages. This is the worst I've ever experienced and I've been to many lost offices. Don't bother with this location. I'll be surprised if it doesn't get shut down in some way shape or form someday.

I‘m from Germany & wanted to renew my american passport and this one woman was absolutely mean to me and I was so frustrated that I literally cried and she made me feel like I was worthless and made fun of the way I wrote certain letters… never coming here again :‘(

Post office on Mercer Street in Wilson. It’s older lady that works front counter. Who is so rude . It’s crazy that I have to wait 2 months for my mailbox key, because only one person making keys and he do not work everyday.

The physical location of this place is a disaster. The grass is 3ft tall, trash all over the parking lot, weeds and overgrown shrubs are taking everything over. If this was a residents home the town of Wilson would have already fined them for the appearance of the lawn.
Most of the workers seem very upset to have to even help a customer. Very short answers, rude and not urgency to help anyone.
Just recently they have now tinted all the windows to the facility and when walking up to it, it seems to have a “closed” appearance from how dark the tent is. Everything about this location screams unprofessional and it’s a shame to see that our tax dollars are spent on a 7 billion dollar stadium and not our resources needed.

Went to get a passport and they're some of the meanest people at the front desk. They belittled me and embarrassed me in front of everyone. This whole process was extremely humiliating!!!

They get away with so much here. So glad I'm leaving and that's the only reason why I didn't knock the lady with a big attitude out! Fix this problem before the community do!!!

Ever since we have got a new mail person they leave the package on the side of the garage while it’s raining and my packages are soaking wet . It’s fine to leave on side of garage but at least cover with plastic or walk to the front porch where there is shelter so the package don’t get soaking wet. Ups wraps our packages with plastic, so why is it so hard for usps to do that. I wish our old mail lady was still working there. She was great!
