Walmart Supercenter offers convenient shopping options, including online grocery orders with free same-day delivery and pickup for Walmart+ members. Customers can shop for fresh groceries, organic produce, and enjoy low prices with no mark-ups, whether shopping in-store or online. The store accepts SNAP EBT cards, and Express Pickup is available for a small fee. Trained associates hand-pick groceries, and the Walmart Grocery app helps customers check order status and coordinate pickup times. The store staff is generally friendly, and the store itself is kept clean and organized. However, some customers have noted issues such as limited payment options, with no tap or Walmart One card available, and occasional disorganization with empty shelves and mixed-up items. The checkout process can be frustrating due to many self-checkout stations being closed, leading to longer wait times. Additionally, during mask mandates, some shoppers did not wear masks, which concerns health safety. Overall, Walmart Supercenter provides a good shopping experience but has areas that could improve to meet customer expectations fully.
Some food is expired! Especially in the Hispanic area!!!

The staff was super nice. The store was clean and organized. My only suggestion is for the Walmart in Wilson to upgrade their stores payment methods to match all the other Walmarts across the state. As their is no option to do tap or use the Walmart one card.

They had 4 adult walkers in stock but all were opened and they wouldn't sell one when we asked about the boxes being opened. We got one for $10 less at Walgreens.
