“If Google would allow me to leave 1000 stars I would. We were on our way through town on a family summer vacation, engine started knocking, and the engine light came on. We limped into this place On a Friday at 230 just because we saw it. They heard our story, did a diagnostic and started working immediately. Turned out that we had a bad ignition coil. My wife and I and our 2 young children sat in the lobby for no more than 20 minutes and it was fixed. I literally have no words for the experience, speed and quality of work this place!”

“I called blacks tire because I was under the impression I needed a new tire. I bought 4 new tires about 5 months ago but I unfortunately ran over a nail. Blacks gave me a pretty good price for a Goodyear tire so I rushed over to get it replaced. The mechanic working on my car brought my tire to me and explained he didn’t even think I needed a new tire. He said since the nail was in a certain spot, he could just remove it and patched the tire. He felt bad since it was a brand new tire, there was no point in buying a 5th. The service was quick! I was there for maybe 15 minutes and in the end I paid nothing! The associate said I was okay to go ahead and leave! It left quite an impression on me and I’ll definitely recommend this location to anyone needing services”

“I absolutely want to give this company 10 stars if I could! I brought my car in on a Friday for a little humming noise that I noticed. They as many others would diagnosed it as possibly a front right wheel bearing,! They changed the wheel bearing and we noticed that the sound was still there. They had me come back in the next day, and they spent many many man hours, putting in another front right wheel, bearing at their own expense. The noise was still there. The owner actually went above, and beyond calling a Nissan dealership, which of course she ended up ordering the OEM Nissan front right wheel bearing part, AT HER OWN EXPENSE , thinking that could be the problem. Her workers spent many MORE man hours on my car, and that ended up not solving that little hum problem either. The little humming noise seems to be coming from possibly something internal after which she spent many more hours actually driving my car herself to a trusted mechanic. All in all her business and her staff spent many many man hours on my car and did everything humanly possible to find out the source of that little hum! They graciously refunded, every single penny of the money that I had originally given them to fix the wheel bearing, but again went above, and beyond using many many hours of man time, AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE trying to help me solve the problem. I have since brought it to another extremely reputable mechanic, which all say my car is very safe to drive and they also cannot find the source of the humming. We definitely know it is not a front right wheel bearing lol. I cannot give this company and Teresa the owner enough props, and thanks for doing EVERYTHING she did to try to help me and going absolutely above and beyond, jumping through hoops, and then refunding all of my money when they couldn’t solve the problem! I highly highly highly recommend and trust this company wholeheartedly!… If you have any problems with your car, definitely take it to them!!! Very trust worthy and that’s exactly what I was looking for! THANKYOU!!!! ?❤️?”

“I had bought an aftermarket one piece driveline from an outfit in TX to replace my two piece that had the carrier bearing go out twice. Installed it and had a vibration at 70-80 MPH. Took it off brought it here to have the balance verified. They made the necessary tweaks and now it runs great. Dropped it off Monday morning and picked it up that afternoon. Would highly recommend this place.”
