“They did an excellent job repairing my vehicle, and even helped me track down an additional problem because we weren't sure if it was related to the accident or not. It turned out to not be related to the accident. Actually, it stumped all of us for a bit (I somewhat know my way around car mechanics) and the problem didn't trace back to the impact area like we expected. It turns out that the issue is probably because my car was initially driven in an area that gets way more snow and therefore was subjected to be driven on salted roads. Everyone was very friendly, and I was kept very informed about the repair progress via regular text updates.”

“My AC went out in 17 silverado. The shop i normally use doesnt do the new freon. Community Auto was suggested to me and ill prob be with them from here on out. Reviews said could take weeks. They got me in 2 days after I called, said they'd have it fixed that day, apologized a couple times for the cost of the freon (i knew the new stuff was high), no up charges on the parts they used, even worked a couple minutes late to make sure they had it to me same day as promised. Price was 100s less than I saw elsewhere online to replace condenser. Friendly honest owner. 5*”

“This is the only place we've ever taken my car. It's a 2011 Prius. I had a fuse to blow and it took the man. No time to find it and fix it and was reasonable with this price. Now I bought a battery somewhere else and they're saying it's not the batter. So once again we're taking it back to Union and knows that they will fix it or diagnostic so we can fix it. But these people are great. I really appreciate him and his wife.. It shows check engine light. That's what we thought we had to get. A battery is what the when we bought a battery well that battery was bad so when it light came back on and we told the people they said it wasn't the battery but we're taking it. Someone else to have it diagnosed. If it is I guarantee you I'll get me a new battery out of this. I'm tired of playing with this man.. not union service. That's another review to do for the battery”
“I called 4 people before I reached Al. I wish that I would have found his number first!!! He was wonderful!! He is a great mechanic who puts his customers first!! He put me first by asking if I was in a safe location. Now, that blew me away right off the bat!!! He also, gave me the best quote & did not take his time getting to me. He was fast to arrive and fast fixing my vehicle. I wish that I could give Al 10 stars!! I am happy to call him my new mechanic!!! Please do not hesitate to call him for you automobile repairs.”

“I took my car for a loose battery terminal without an appointment. The owner took me right away and replaced the battery clamp. They are innovative. Some other shop would have probably removed the battery to charge more labor. Instead they found a way to replace the clamp in 10 minutes and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this shop for their honesty and knowledge. thank you.”
