I have my mortgage with this company I used to have a banking account I changed there's never no one there to assist you only one bank in Winston-Salem when you go there you can tell nobody else uses this bank either because they have no traffic inside Don't try to get a manager that just don't happen

It is so unfortunate that their customer service is so poor, every time we go there we never get greeted or smiled on, the tellers are very bitter we dread going there.

By far the worst experience I have had at a bank. Amanda was the most unprofessional person I have ever interacted with. I wasted half a day dealing with that woman. Loan department apparently takes lunch all day. I am taking my business elsewhere.
