“Nice selection of both toys and children's books . ( I was here due to my 7 yr old son)I only have one suggestion, and that is if they can sell textbooks ( not workbooks) for school-age children that are home schooled. And this goes for all Barnes and NoblesThe store was clean and organized. The staff allowed shoppers to roam freely to find products on their own.The cashier was friendly also.”

“Fantastic indie bookstore! The owner was very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was terrific—and it certainly didn’t hurt that there’s a lovely indie coffeehouse next door. I even went back the next day!!”

“Great place, if you are sensitive to the spiritual, the feeling when you walk in is so welcoming. Very friendly and helpful. We drove 2 hours to get here and will recommend our whole church.”

“Could have spent all day here. Had a great first trip to re-collect today. My son and I came in to browse and I didn’t want to leave. Re-Collect has everything you could ask for. Toys new and vintage, movies., games, cards, back issue comics etc. What really made my day was chatting with the lady running the store. She made us feel welcome, gave us the lay of the land so we knew where to look for items that we were hunting for. Can’t wait to come back.”

“I understand that thos was move in day. There was just too much confusion trying to locate items to purchase. Loved the store but they need more people working in the store.”

“My daughter attends WSSU as a freshmen. We are from Charlotte, so the ride here is pretty smooth unless you get caught in the heat of the traffic. Pick-up is usually a smooth transition. She lives in Atkins so I just pull up front and wait for her to come out. I rarely go inside. I do know that Atkins is one of the older dorms, so my daughter has made some complaints and said she has addressed them with her RA and housing but no solutions were made. Her biggest complaint is there is mold in her room and bed bugs.....yikes, which is a problem that should be address immediately. I also dislike how all residents of a dorm are sometimes punished due to the mistakes of others. Punish students individually not on account of another student's mishaps.”

“Excellent school! My oldest daughter, married with two children, is pursuing an Associate's degree from Forsyth Tech. Her classes are all online and easy to navigate. The courses are challenging but she has been very pleased with the curriculum and her professors. The shooting incident on March 30th made headlines across the Internet, stating there was an 'active shooter' in a building on campus; However, this was incorrect. One male high school student, touring Forsyth's campus, shot himself in the hand while inside the men's restroom. There were no additional shots fired and no one else was injured.Forsyth Tech has a very safe campus. The Campus Police, FT President Janet Springs (her entire staff), along with the Winston Salem Police Department, work diligently to maintain a safe learning environment for all Forsyth Tech students.”
