Jon was respectful, likable, and professional. The car was beautifully detailed and clearly well maintained—interior, exterior, and engine. Sometimes you can’t really tell until you see it up close, but this one exceeded expectations. I drove it three hours home and it drove like a dream.”

“I swear by this business. On a strip of road with six car washes, this is the only one I will ever use or recommend. It’s affordable, the quality of work is superb and I love to support a local and family owned business. It’s hard to find a car wash that does everything for you, from the vacuuming to the drying, for a reasonable price and this place does exactly that. I love the convenience of handing over my keys, sitting in the air conditioning, with a snack from their shelves, and chatting with the owner who is always personable but professional. They are always time efficient as well, no matter how long the line, I’ve never had to wait long to be served. Don’t let the overpriced chains with their oversized signs up the street fool you. OK Car Wash is a small business that does better work than any other wash in the city, and I say that as someone that spent a fair amount of time looking for just that.”

“Also has a wonderful hair salon inside, They do haircuts, hair restoration,, weave,, braiding. Clients hair are multi cultural which makes it a great place for any hair grade! And I love it for that purpose my hair has a mindset of it's on. I refuse to put chemicals in it.”

“Some of these negative remarks crack me up, this is your normal no brush laser 5-7 step car wash. Correction for one of the above comments, threre is a fan to blow your car off, it gives ample time to drive thru slowly so that you get 90% off the car. If you're expecting a 50$ carwash for 10$ then no, this is not your place, if you're expecting a little better than a 20 drivethru wash then this place is great and the soap smells good.”

I do HVAC, my truck with ladders won't go into those auto washes...and even if it did there's no way it could clean as well as me at this car wash. The coin machine is always working and stocked. Plenty of machines with things to buy to clean your car. Vacuums always work. You can always find a empty bay there, bc most people go to auto washes now.”

“I have benefited from the services at Zips Car Wash on Hanes Mall Blvd in Winston Salem, NC several times. The prices are very reasonable especially given the options and maintenance of the facility. I have a large suv and every time my car has come out of the wash spotless. Regardless of the time of day there are always plenty of fresh clean towels perfectly rolled and neatly arranged as well as full spray bottles of glass cleaner also neatly arranged. Trash cans are conveniently located between vacuums so you don’t have to walk far. The vacuums have amazing suction and can easily remove the stubborn dog hair from my carpets. The parking lot is always clean and litter free. The air fresheners smell clean and fresh, though the smell doesn’t last long. The manager, Garrett, has been patient and answered my questions about using the convenient app you can download and use to earn points towards free washes and upgrades. It’s easy to use and navigate. I strongly recommend using this location for both quick ‘no-touch’ drive through washes and ‘do it yourself’ cleanings.”
“A $7.00 car wash still available in WS! Great use of machines, lathering soaps that really get the grime off, cleaning brushes, air drying, free vacuuming and window cleaning bottles and clean rags to use afterwards. You can join a monthly car wash club if you like. I ENJOY the conveyor belt that pulls you through the whole process as your vehicle gets cleaned. Not those rollers at other car wash facilities.

“We had a great experience. We took our daughter’s Honda in and it was really dirty. The interior had not been cleaned in a while. For $20, they did a great job and totally met our expectations. Everything was well vacuumed and wiped down inside. We did leave good tips but we felt like we more than got our money’s worth.”
