We have used the CVS in Wallburg for years but are looking for a new pharmacy at this time (12/25). When Girly and James were the pharmacists there were no complaints. They were friendly, helpful and took a personal interest in each customer. Now you are lucky to ever speak to same pharmacist. Prescriptions are difficult to get sometimes and trips to another CVS isn't unusual. The new computer system is a problem on it's own, rarely is it working in the way it's supposed to. Sadly this pharmacy is on a rapid slide downhill.

I am not sure what is going on, but since James and Girly were transferred to other stores the pharmacy (and entire store) has gone from good to bad. Plus, they have a new younger manager who seems oblivious to any issues that people have. I asked him why the two pharmacist were transferred, he said to help people. I replied, “weren’t they helping people here.” I didn’t get a response but a dumbfounded look.

Hate the new kiosk at the pharmacy. How long does it take to give your name and date of birth? The interaction between the cvs app and the kiosk is cumbersome and confusing. They have had a ton of turnover in the pharmacy

The pharmacist is very RUDE that I spoke to today. He continued to talk over me while I was explaining why I was calling about a medication. This pharmacy tends to have a different pharmacist about every 3 days. There is only one who is very good and she is very polite. But if they continue to have the pharmacist I spoke to today , I will change pharmacies. I do not recommend going to this pharmacy to fill your medications.

Terrible customer service, they act like you are bothering them when there is never anyone at the cash register to check you out, for the love of crap, stay up front and check people out, it's your d job

Very rude pharmacist and unhelpful complete staff. Pharmacist yelled private information across the store and pharmacy. Made me sound like a drug addict picking up COUGH medicine. RUDE! Will change my pharmacy, never again.

I wouldn't give it any stars if I could. I've been going to this CVS since 2015. It use to be a great pharmacy. James and Girly was top notch. You could actually speak to someone.
This now has to be the absolute worst CVS in the Triad. They are not friendly at all. They screwed up our meds more than once, and filed wrong on the insurance. Tried to charge me a co-pay when I didn't have one. I will drive a few extra miles to find another CVS.

Really nice, inviting and friendly staff. They always greet all the customers as they walk in the door. A store with employees that make me feel like i'm in a business that appreciates my business.

I have been going to this pharmacy for 5 years.... The new pharmacist has an attitude.... I have in my chart that I cannot take a specific medicine and today I go up and get my medicine and it is filled with the same medicine that makes me sick when I take it.... I asked why would they fill a medicine that would make me sick when it's in my chart not to give me that type of medicine and they said it was in my chart and she filled it. Anyway. The pharmacist said that it wasn't a brand that they liked seen in my chart that I couldn't take it and filled it anyway.... Needless to say, as soon as I find another pharmacy okay that I can go to, I will be transferring to a different pharmacy. Ever since James left this place has become a joke. The only one that is still there is still friendly. All the rest of the people that work there are rude. Corporate definitely needs to keep an eye out on this pharmacist. She does not care. She rolled her eyes and filled a prescription knowing that I couldn't take that specific brand

I wanted to ask a question and all the pharmacy staff stood there. They saw me and then proceed to ignore me. After waiting they call for someone prescription and told them to come up infront of me. No one else even moved. What a joke. I left after not getting any help.

Pharmacy - Worst customer service I have ever encountered and it’s happened multiple times with multiple employees. Everyone is rude and very short with you if you have questions or inconvenience them in anyway.
