I wanted to ask a question and all the pharmacy staff stood there. They saw me and then proceed to ignore me. After waiting they call for someone prescription and told them to come up infront of me. No one else even moved. What a joke. I left after not getting any help.

Pharmacy - Worst customer service I have ever encountered and it’s happened multiple times with multiple employees. Everyone is rude and very short with you if you have questions or inconvenience them in anyway.

I just got to say, this store is a joke. Totally.
This store needs to be checked by corporate! This pertains to all employees!
I will never shop here again.
Again, corporate needs to check all these employees out....
PS This is my first try, I will contact others if changes aren't made.

The pharmacist is not a people person, she had a attitude with me ,she did not explain what I asked her, she definitely gave cvs bad reputation today.

They used to be very friendly and I never minded going there before. But recently their Pharmacy - I want to say their new pharmacist has had the most unpleasant attitude. It’s as if she hates her job, is so annoyed with people in general, and doesn’t want to help them but make them feel terrible about wanting to fill prescriptions there. I will never again get prescriptions filled here and will recommend those I know not to either for this reason. The rest of CVS staff are very friendly, courteous, a polite, and helpful.

I asked a cashier at store 7681 to put money on my go2 bank reload card. the cashier made a mistake and put the money on a Vetco card. I tried to hand the go2 card to the cashier and she handed me a receipt. i immediately caught the mistake now in store does not handle this issue it's gonna be 10 days

CVS (wallburg) location has been great, with a friendly staff an the pharmacy is the absolute best! Even when my Dr office messed up my prescriptions the pharmacist have helped me get the medications I needed. This has happened on a few occasions. Thanks CVS I will be a continuous customer at his location!

The pharmacist are very personable and know me by name. Yes the cashiers could be friendlier but they are very busy. I have never had an issue with one. I like this CVS so much better than the other two, Cloverdale and Peter's Creek, I have been to.

ONLY GO ON JAMES DAYS! It has nothing to do with the other pharmacists, but James days are the only days that the techs don't speak down to you, don't make you feel compelled to apologize because your the most horrible person on earth because your insurance changed, or you updated your phone number online for text alerts (that'll get an eye roll shot directly in your face) instead of stopping in and changing it in person, I guess. Only time I've ever left and sat in my car and cried over the way I was made to feel while at pharmacy, which is up to a total of 3 times for those keeping track at home, are always always on days when James isn't there.
