“This was my first time in this cute little store. I wished I would have known about this before Christmas. It reminds me of a Five and Below store, but larger and more items to select from. This store is VERY neat, organized, and clean. The prices were fair. They have foods, candies, household items, party items, kitchen items, toys, etc ... I will be making this one of my, "Let me go walk and see" stores for sure. You have to do self checkout here, which I like. Nice store.”

“The location in Midway beside where Badcock Furniture was, is one of the VERY BEST, of all the Dollar Tree Stores. I live in Winston Salem and actually drive all the way to this location to shop. Friendly manager and most team members, clean, neat, well filled, etc. OUTSTANDING Job to the Manager of this location in Midway.”

“The most precious, great attitude and kindest gentleman at the cash register! He was a older black gentleman and had a great attitude with all the customers on Friday after Thanksgiving! I love him! Felt really bad for the gentleman stocking because he was the only one there stocking! They had isles blocked but had tried to move them for buggies to get through so just packed house and not really blocked. I will continue to shop there but want the cashier's schedule! Lol. By the way I am a white 58 year old lady. Lol”
“Great lil store always has wat u need at a cheap reasonable price also they accept ebt as well which is rly nice bc alot of store dnt accept ebt at there stores. They accept cash debit n ebt. Great customer service n the guy that owns the store is very friendly”

“Just left Roses Express, Northside. I do frequent this store and they carry a little bit of everything.
At the check out counter I was greeted by a very pleasant cashier. She double bagged my purchases and was just as friendly and polite as she could be!
I asked her name and she told me it was Mia.

“What a turn around! I made a point to not return to this location after visiting about a month and a half ago. It was just impossible to get around the store because of how cluttered and disorganized it was. I ran in for a quick grab today and was astounded! Someone new has to be in charge here! The shelves are stocked, the aisles are clear of boxes and debris, and the store is actually clean! Major turnaround! I would recommend giving this store a second chance to anyone that wrote it off like I did. I’m so happy to see things moving in the right direction again!”
“Brand new building. So far excellent customer service. It's clean, only because it's new. Nice home goods but most items are not priced. I'm sure in no time it will be cluttered and disorganized in no time. Hope I'm wrong but very few Dollar Generals are nicely kept.”
“I don’t like the smell of the store. The store smells like a grandpa’s house, however everything is cheap. I recommend the birthday cards since they are priced cheaper than anywhere else I’ve been for birthday cards.”
“Employees were friendly even though I came in right at closing time (I thought they were open an hour later…oops) actually 3 minutes after closing time. They let me run in and grab what I needed and they didn’t have to do that. The store was a bit of a mess but I wasn’t in there long enough to care.”

“Nice Family Dollar location off of North Point Boulevard. The staff are friendly, the prices are great, they have everything from groceries to home goods and gifts. Great place to pop in for toys and over the counter ? medicine as well. They also have a ♿ handicap accessible restroom, parking, and aisles.”

“Newly renovated store and under some better new management. You can't beat the ? prices, sales, ??? grocery items, ?beauty supplies, and seasonal / holiday items here. Great stop if you need a quick to y or cheaper item to grab and go. The store also has ♿ handicap accessible parking and entrances.”
“Beyond 5/5 experience for me! I stopped by for an upright dustpan, which they didn’t have any for sale inside the store, but one of the workers (she seemed like she might be a manager) let me go ahead and use one of those dustpans for free, which I even insisted on paying for it, she just told me that I could go ahead and have it free of charge, and that’s given it was literally the only thing that I stopped by for!”
“The new store manager, Jackie, is amazing! I'd sworn off this Dollar General from my places to shop. This location is now amazingly clean and well organized with a new staff who are polite and helpful... unlike the previous staff that were downright rude... no more unloaded pallets blocking the aisles. Shelves are well stocked and organized.. but most importantly to me; Jackie introduced herself to me today and assured me that major changes in staffing and organization would be held at the highest level. Thank you, Jackie...I will be a regular customer at this location!”
“We haven't been big on shopping for the last few years but we stopped in after a routine errand & really enjoyed browsing. The store was clean and generally well organized. My only complaint would be that the store didn't schedule enough cashiers & then, with a full line of people, still closed one of two registers. I don't don't get how these companies are surprised that people don't want to go in their stores when they make it a chore. I'm glad we don't go shopping much; that kind experience gets tiresome quickly, but for a one-off visit, we had a lot of fun seeing how many sparkly sweaters we could find & got a couple of gifts.”

The store has a nice flow of the merchandise that makes sense to me. They do a good job of keeping them store organized and that's hard in retail.”
