“I love the staff in the back they are as friendly and amazing at what they do but the lady’s in the front checking you in are just unfriendly and have such a bad attitude, I come here often and I’m always hopping for the other guy to check me in because he’s as friendly as can be but just the other two have attitude and not just ones it has happened often.”

“When I went on medicare I had to find a new provider. The doctor I had to give up was retiring and it was a benefit from my wife's work that I was able to go to that doctor. The office was at my wife's work. I found Pfafftown Family medicine. The office is very close to my house. I had no idea about the providers. I called they set me up with a young lady provider. I agreed and I went for my introduction vist because of being new on medicare. Then after that we set up my wellness visit. Doctor Stephanie spent time with me going over everything. Oh I forgot I went before my visit for lab work. I don't know about you but for me it is very important for your doctor to listen to you and treat you accordingly. I am very impressed and extremely pleased with my provider. Doctor Stephanie is awesome.”
