“This place staff is amazing, professional, knowledgeable, and patient.. I am a novice when it comes to home improvement, and the staff has made this a great smooth process. Starting with Gabe in the Charlotte store taking at least and hour and half walking me through different concepts. To Neil sealing the deal the Winston Store with also walking me through their products and pricing to fit my budget. The manger in the Winston store helping me with questions about back splash ideas. I would recommend this place to anyone!! You won’t be disappointed!”

“Tina, whom I believe is a lead in the Garden Center, went above and beyond for me today. Not old did she offer great advice on a painted lady philodendron that I was going to buy, but she took the time, about 15 minutes, out of a very busy Saturday, to track down a price on a ceramic pot that I wanted to purchase that didn't have a label (was placed in a wrong spot with other ceramic pots). We went to the clearance section of the store, and she did some research on her device to find out that it was actually on clearance, and printed a label for me. Like I said, she could have just brushed me off, or lazily charged me full price, assuming that it was priced the same as the ones on the shelf, but she absolutely took the time to help me out AND save a few dollars at the same time. I really hope that Lowe's sees this and acknowledges her hard work!”

“I might be strange but this place just makes me happy. When I drive up to it I just get a special thrill in my heart.. the last time I went here, I spent nearly an hour in the store.”

“I go to this store multiple times a week. The lady driving the zamboni needs to come in prior to the store opening. It is very loud 1st. But 2nd and more important, the excess water that is left on the floor, could cause an accident!!
I will not stop shopping here, just my opinion.”

“I purchased all new windows for my new home with this store and just purchased a new door with Sherrie. I have to tell you this woman was the most helpful, polite, and professional person I’ve dealt with in a long time. She called me back when she said she would and because of that my loyalty will stay with this store. I find the competition for this store (Lowe’s) is awful, overpriced, and relies on a reputation they built years ago but it quickly declining over time. I will stick with Home Depot because time after time I find their prices to be more reasonable and their staff to be more helpful and friendly, with Sherrie taking the lead. I haven’t been treated with such personalized customer service care in years! Let me tell you it felt nice bc at other stores your just a work order # and a profit to them. Thanks Sherrie!”

“Needed to buy decorative edging at Lowe’s this morning. The app gave me location but the edging I wanted was no where to be found. I asked an employee, Connie, for assistance. She stopped what she was doing, (watering the plants), and very kindly assisted me. She too searched everywhere but instead of giving up so she could get back to watering the plants, she reached out to another employee Isaiah, to help. He finally found them on the highest rafter where no one could have easily seen them. Together Connie and Isaiah retrieved them for me. It was cold and windy and could have easily blown me off, but they didn’t. Kudos to both of them for helping me get what I wanted. Exceptional service all the way around!”
