I love to get my car serviced here! The waiting room is huge and comfortable. You’re not crammed in together. There’s multiple TVs, Huge and comfortable chairs and of course air conditioning! You’re not crammed in together in the waiting room. There’s a kids room and an IT room. They have free coffee, water and Coca cola. You can make an appointment online without having to call and then when you are waiting for your car to be done, they give you text updates and a link to anything they see on your car that needs to be fixed. They actually take pictures of your filters or tires that you can review before the service technician comes to you. You can decide for yourself and not feel pressure to get something done. It’s the height of convenience and comfort. Everyone is really friendly and they never seem over booked or have huge wait times.

Modern Toyota offers a top-notch service experience. The spacious waiting room with comfortable furniture, complimentary water, soft drinks, and coffee create a welcoming atmosphere. We bought our Toyota at Modern Toyota of Winston Salem. We received a great warranty. We have had my car for around 4 years. My daughter originally bought it. When she moved she had to get a 4 wheel drive. So I was the lucky one to be able to drive this 2019 Toyota Corolla. Toyota is the only way to go.

We bought our 2023 Camry from here and the sales people are fantastic! We bring it down for service regularly and each time we come down, the service department people are so friendly and accommodating! Best dealership we’ve ever been to!! Thank you so much for everything you do!

Modern Toyota is my go-to. The cars here are not only reliable & well kept, but the staff is phenomenal. On my most recent purchase we negotiated a stellar price and I couldn’t be happier. I wanted something suitable for a family car while still being easy for a teen who just got her license. This is the third car I’ve purchased from Modern and I assure you it won’t be the last.

I absolutely LOVE Modern Toyota!! Not only were we treated wonderfully during our vehicle purchase, but every service I’ve went to has been fantastic as well! Wonderful customer service, wonderful employees!! We traveled from WV to make our vehicle purchase (best price around) and for all services to our car!! Highly recommended!!!

I have zero issues with the ability of the techs, staff and service. Always top-notch. My issue is that I do not understand the point of making an appointment if you still have to wait 2-3 hours to have the car serviced. My appointment was at 11:30am on Saturday as a "waiting" customer. My car was not touched until around 1:30 or so. If the average wait time is going to be 2-3 hours, they should consider all customers "drop-off" and guarantee delivery of the vehicle before closing. Granted, I was informed that the wait was going to be 2-3 hours when I checked in due to a "skeleton crew on Saturday." However again, what is the point of making appointments if I'm going to have to wait 2-3 hours anyway? This is my ONLY reason for not giving a 5-star review.

I bought my car here and my sales person was James. He was super patient and helpful through out the entire process. The service in general is also very good. The lobby area is neat and clean and they offer complimentary drinks.

This is my second service trip to Modern Toyota. So far, everything has been good. The waiting area is probably my favorite part of the experience. I can work while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, great! The FREE drinks are a nice touch too!

I was in the market for a 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander Platinum Red to surprise my wife for her 66th birthday. She always wanted a red highlander and I figured this was the year. I landed on Modern Toyota of Winston Salem on the Internet. We live in Lexington SC. What I wanted was hard to find and most dealers add market adjustments to the price. Ian Gray a sales consultant talked with me and listened to what I was looking for and did not try to change my need for a red highlander and was very straightforward about pricing. Ian found me the car we wanted and even had it delivered to me. If you are looking for a car and want a truly 5 star experience I would without a doubt recommend Ian Gray and Modern Toyota of Winston Salem. They are the best!!!

Loved Modern Toyota, We started the day at Mt Airy Toyota, we got there saw 1 truck that we mightve got but we sat there for a solid 30mins and not a single salesperson came to us not a single person even acknowledged us, Soo we walked out....Looked up Modern, and headed straight there. Literally as soon as we got there, We got out I looked and found the truck I WANTED and had to have, 2 mins later a guy named DAVID comes up says, Before we go any farther. You're gonna test drive to really make sure you wanted, Test drove, Got back fell in love with it. Told David this is the 1, Started the paper work got approved for "X" had to think on it for a minute. Then my wife looked at David and said, Were leaving with a truck TODAY no matter what, I guess the sale manager got wind of that and the respect for us shot up.....Got approved for "X" amount then she says we'll we've got $1000 to drop on it too...Even better lol....Next thing we know, David comes back and says yall got it, Let's start the paperwork!!! Then the real fun began the financial manager named "Mo" huge grizzly bear of a man, Intimidating dude, Got in the office with him and me and him clicked instantly. I've never signed contracts and had as much fun as I did with him, He was nicest, funniest straight up dude I've met in a long timeAll in all if you want a car/truck GO TO MODERN TOYOTA IN WINSTONThe best car buying experience I've ever had

The absolute worst customer service in trying to purchase a new truck. My husband and I attempted to buy a new truck at this location and the first salesman that we encountered just gave us a dealer tag and told us to drive the truck as long as we wanted. He gave no sales pitch, nothing. When we brought truck back, we had to track salesman down. Then we had to ask about price and he said price is on sticker. He was a joke. We went home. My husband received phone call from someone at dealership. He explained how bad experience was. We were then set up to come back and meet with salesperson (Mom). Well this visit was not much better. She was told that we were buying truck. No, we had not settled on price. We also had possible trade-in. Well they would not budge on price. Please tell me how that is a Sales Event? Then this saleswomen turns sideways in her chair and begins looking out the window completely ignoring us. What in the world?????? Whatever happened to working with your customer on a price. Making a deal both parties can live with? The absolute saddest thing to watch. People do not go to this dealership. Save yourself a trip.
