THE ENTIRE PROCESS WAS QUICK AND EASY! IT WAS MY FIRST TIME IN A RED WING STORE, I SELECTED THE BOOT I WANTED, WENT THROUGH THE FITTING PROCESS, MADE MY PURCHASE AND WALKED OUT A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER. THE PERSON I WAS WORKING WITH EVEN OFFERED TO APPLY OIL TO THE BOOTS I SELECTED.
