“I have purchased Red Wing shoes in the past. It helps if you know whether they are for work or casual, a contemporary build or Heritage. I purchased a pair of Weekender chukkas last week. The in-store experience is typical of a franchise store - excellent! What put this over the top is a call to the store on how to care for them. Dustin helped me; I told him I was confused as I have seen so many ways to protect them. He asked what look and what color boot I was after as the product used makes a difference - mink oil vs. leather cream. He got my dialed in and I know what I need to purchase. Personally, I prefer the rich copper look.”
“Great customer service. I placed an order online for 43 items to be shipped to the store. On the day of pick up, the ladies allowed me to open up the box and made sure everything was there before leaving. Everything was there and well packaged. The ladies were so kind and patient. “I am mainly an online shopper, but this Loft store has changed my mind and I will definitely come back for in store shopping! I was asked at least 3 times if I needed help, at least 4 or 5 times if I wanted to put something in a fitting room… in short, so much amazing customer service is to be had at this store. The sales associates are truly amazing - they were all very busy too because they were moving clothes from the main area to a sales area, but had time to make sure that I was being helped. Definitely recommend this store not only for their amazing clothes, but for the great help they were to me- even when I was in the fitting room I was checked up on to see if I needed a different size. “These guys are the real deal. I mailed in my new loafers because I wanted rubber soles added for more durability. I was hesitant because I’d had one put on before (long ago at another place) and it didn’t go so well. Not only did they answer all concerns and questions I had, they were highly professional and prompt in their responses. The sole they put on looks amazing and it didn’t alter the “feel” of the shoe whatsoever. I am very impressed with the work they did and will be a repeat customer.”

“Very cute boutique. I found a few keepers at a reasonable price! Right now there's some construction that has shut down the front entrance, so the only way to get in is through the back, which I don't think is wheelchair accessible. My only other complaint was that the dressing room felt very exposed, it's a set of swinging doors in the corner that only really cover your midsection, and as a taller person I felt like I had to crouch a bit. As for the clothes themselves, they're definitely more from an older crowd, so not trendy, but high quality and affordable.”

“I bought a pair of New Balance shoes in May of 03. After a little over a month and a half one of the shoes developed a squeak. After searching and trying to rid the squeak, even to the point of taking the shoe to a repair shop, only to find out that there was no way to stop it.I contacted customer service at their home office and explained my problem and with the the help of the store manager they were willing to exchange my shoes for another pair.This to me is a good example of what customer service is and how to be treated by store management.”

“My wife and grandchildren went to Shoe Show. I went to Dynasty Barber shop at the end of the strip. This is more than a barber shop it is an experience an old fashioned shop. I recommend, the next time you need a cut or shape up this is the place to go. The cost is comparable to other shops, but the experience goes beyond the norm.”
“This Foot Locker is awesome, they are located in a shopping center instead of the mall where I usually go. Every once and a while I'll stop in and they always have some great sales on shoes and clothing that you would never see anywhere else. And it's on some new releases not what was released 3-4 months ago. Also the staff is always helpful and and nice, but give you your space and aren't over your shoulder the whole time. Great Place to go even if on a budget.”
