“Stopped by Shoe Station recently to pick up a new pair of Puma sneakers and had a really great experience. The staff was friendly right from the start and actually took the time to help me find the right size and fit without rushing me. I tried on a couple pairs and ended up with a Puma pair that felt perfect.
The whole process was smooth and easy, and the store felt a lot more organized and welcoming than before. You can definitely tell there’s been a positive change. I’ll be coming back for sure.”
“For starters, we have two Hibbett stores in this city. I have won raffles at both! I have been treated kindly at both stores. So I’ve enjoyed my shopping experience with both! Those are the only shoes I purchased out of a store also! I’m an avid online shopper. One of the reasons I choose that route is because of the usual poor in person customer service. But I must say, I haven’t experienced that in a Hibbett. And I live less than a 25 minute walk to the mall. Yet I have never purchased shoes in the mall. Thankfully Hibbett isn’t in the mall! Secondly y’all give $ off the next purchase if you spend over $200. All of my purchases have exceeded that so I continuously get rewards. That’s a bonus no other store is doing as well! So I’ll continue to shop new releases from Hibbett for a long time to come!”

“My wife and grandchildren went to Shoe Show. I went to Dynasty Barber shop at the end of the strip. This is more than a barber shop it is an experience an old fashioned shop. I recommend, the next time you need a cut or shape up this is the place to go. The cost is comparable to other shops, but the experience goes beyond the norm.”

I was there on a weekend and it was very busy. I was trying on some clothes in the fitting room where it was very crowded. I was on the hunt for some jeans. It’s been a while since I’ve been Jean shopping so I already knew it was about to be a struggle for me. I was trying on everything I could find and nothing would work. This is the part where I would never forget. In the midst of the crowd of people in the fitting room, she approached me directly. I was on the last pair of trying on jeans before I was about to give up and walk out because of no luck. She directly approached me out of everybody in there and asked, ”Is everything ok?” “Is there something I can help you with?” She noticed I was struggling. I didn’t have to ask for help or nothing. She stayed with me and pulled out her best recommendations and I found 2 pairs of jeans that worked for me. Thank you so much Willow! I really appreciate your help and great customer service! I will be back.”
