Please do not store food, illegal items, or sleep in the storage unit. I want my items to remain bed bug, and rodent, free and safe to access my things at all times. “I initially called with a question which I was greeted with someone with a rude attitude, they also did not answer my question about the location. When I went to the store Jackie helped me and she was great. I was initially placed in a unit which had a maintenance issue. When I brought this concern to Jackie, she was already aware of the issue and had no problem transferring me to a different unit.”

“I am giving 3 stars on my review for winston self storage. I am renting a temp controlled unit and the facility is very nice seems brand new but i have to say im disappointed with the billing. I signed up on a christmas special for a 10x15 unit and my payments should be 60 dollars for the first 3 months per our contract/agreement. Somehow i just paid 90 dollars for my second month. i also was told that i could avoid payment fees by paying online yet the just charged me 10 dollars to pay online. While their facilities are nice it seems like there are issues with them keeping their word regarding paments and billing. If they correct these issues i will come back and update my review.
Update: even though they are raising my rent they did reach out to resolve it. They offered me a discount on my next month and a delay of the rent increase i think that is fair and am raising my review back to 4 stars”
