“I believe it was Jermaine Who helped me get my storage unit and he was the absolute best! I got my unit online at around 10:00 Am and went over around 12:30 PM to go get my lock and check out the unit and it was so secure and safe. He had the door locked and was watching it until someone came in. He was so attentive and helpful. I got my unit in about 3 or so minutes. When i got to the unit it was spotless and a great size. I don’t expect it to be so big and clean. Jermaine Smith was the absolute best and deserves the best!”

I moved out a few days into a month and expected to pay a prorated fee for that month, but they didn't charge me anything for those several days. Maybe rewarding me for spending my money with them for three years? That's my guess because I think they do respect and appreciate their customers. Would use again.”

After hanging up, local manager (Leah) called me with a solution to use an existing renter’s insurance policy to meet the requirement for CubeSmart. She was trained well on how to overcome the problem, reached out quickly to offer the solution, and was ready to execute the contract when I showed up at the location. Couldn’t ask for more than that!”
