They have insurance for your unit and you can choose one with climate control or without. The prices are great overall and they also have locks to purchase if you don't have your own. “When I arrived the attendant was at lunch, so I started the rental process over the phone. The telephone person was very helpful and patient with me while I downloaded stuff and gathered info. Just as we were wrapping up the on site person opened the door. I don't remember her name but she was awesome because I had signed the paperwork incorrectly. She redid the papers and showed me what to sign and what not to. She escorted me to my unit and gave advice about the different locks. Over all great experience and the price puts my first stop that day to shame.”
