“I would only use them if I had no other form of transportation and couldn't walk. Their schedules and routes changed for the worse a while back. Some of the employees also complained. The buses and Trans Aid has much improvement NEEDED. I have put in several complaints. Pro; it is a form of public transportation. Con; not critically thought out scheduling, and Trans Aid over books it's pick ups and drop offs. Too many scheduled for the same time at destinations across town from each other. Some of the staff needs to be retrained and/or...OUT WITH THE OLD AND IN WITH NEW QUALIFIED EMPLOYEES!!”
