I had a wonderful experience in dealing with the sales person at Sleep Number. He listened to the needs I expressed and was happy to assist me to find the mattress that would suit my needs. I had the most amazing experience with them. I have leukemia and I am in excruciating pain all day everyday and they helped me find a bed that when I laid down and adjusted it I felt no pain for the first time in 7 months. I can not wait to get my new bed so I don't wake up constantly crying because I'm in so much pain when I sleep. Thank you so much guys love you and God bless

I was looking to replace my current 20+ Years old sleep number bed, with another! Being an arthritis sufferer, returning to a “ traditional” mattress was not an option. I chatted with Brenda in Sales at Minneapolis online and Ellis became my “Angel of Mercy” here in Winston Salem. She checked I was ordering correctly based on what I have and thoroughly explained the payment options. In addition, she managed to get the delivery date moved up ( I’m in pain without my sleep number) and my new bed will be here in a few weeks rather than a couple of months. As a matter of fact, Ellis has been a true friend throughout. Her efforts to communicate clearly and answer any questions I had is to be commended. Based on my experience with the bed AND their representatives I am sold completely. Keep up the great work!?

The sales staff there are great. They were certainly not pushey and Marco answered all our questions without hesitation. I definitely know more about mattresses now than I did before I stopped by the Sleep Number store. I'm looking forward to sleeping on my new i8. Thanks for your help Marco!

We went in to the sleep number store in Hanes Mall with full intentions of buying a mattress. When we were in the store we were instructed to put a mask on. We did not have mask with us as we are both vaccinated. We were then asked to leave the store.. With company policies such as this I sincerely hope you go bankrupt!

We love our sleep number bed...it takes a few night to get use to it...but after adjusting it and finding your comfort zone you sleep like baby...and it really helped my husband's back and his snoring...

Sleep number at Hanes Mall Winston Salem is fantastic! John always makes me feel like I'm his number one customer...always willing to help in such a friendly professional way. Loads of fun just to stop in and visit with him. I usually end up walking out with something I need!

I purchased a split king i8 six months ago. The fourth technician visit has just been scheduled. Customer service doesn’t take adequate notes so every time I have called in, I’ve had to restate my case. I’ve had six phones calls of an hour each. I was told I would be compensated, and instead was offered sheets. Will be pursuing BBB and the lemon law.

This pillow definitely improved my sleep! We will be buying another one. I love the carrying case. I don’t wake up out of my sleep anymore and I haven’t had any neck pains!
