Nothing solidifies 'I'm a terrible manager/person' like firing a perfectly good employee just because they didn't want their significant other freezing outside after work in the cold at night after the mall has closed cause their car got stolen - which by the way, he was aware of from the day it happened, and knew that his employee was my ride home. Wouldn't have been an issue to begin with if you made it easier for your employees to get off at their scheduled time, but oh well. Pro-tip: Maybe don't have a visitor's log posted if you can't have any visitors. Also might be a good idea to actually tell your employees that visitors aren't allowed, rather than not telling them and just firing them for it. :)

Terrible system... just like having spectrum on the phone... count on waiting... and waiting.
I will say that the couple of times I've dealt with the staff, they were very nice.
Don't blame them... it's just the waiting that's terrible.
All this said, I'm strictly referring to the store.
Spectrum cable as a company is terrible.

I came in to return equipment left by an ex, waited about 45 minutes and had the manager Gene arguing back and forth with my dad about how long we waited. Once seen it took about 2 minutes to turn in this equipment that wasn’t even mine to have to turn in! So Gene who wasn’t helping anyone or literally doing anything could have taken my equipment many, many times over in the time he wasted arguing. This is terrible management. Spectrum was also the worst internet I ever had with it going in and out constantly for service! I never knew if I would have internet that day or not so I have no regrets in not continuing on with them after this experience.

I only went to this location because I was closer to this one.

Way better people and location.
Being a Special needs mom I had my daughter with me. Who has autism.
I did not know I had to sign up to drop off my old WiFi modem. My child was about to have a meltdown and I told them I could not wait. The blond Manager woman just looked at me and told me to go to the UPS store. The UPS store is about to close in an hour and just around the corner and she could not just sign my up real quick and I could leave.
It would have not took long.
She just started at me and asked if I live in Winston Salem.
She said I had to wait in line and I was like hey does any one want to let me go in front real quick. No one did. They just Stared into their phones. I understand why now because everyone had Ben waiting a long time and mad. They probably need to change their location and find better mangers. that have a heart. Merry Christmas y’all. Smh

Went in to turn in equipment. Waited one hour. Then when you talk to a representative all they want to do is sign you up for cell phone service. Why would I want to sign up for that. Especially when you have a problem it takes a hour to see someone. Verizon has a good customer service at their stores . Usually in and out in minutes. Spectrum making millions of dollars. But Don't want to spend any money on service at their stores

Nayda was awesome! Very impressed by the customer service here. I do wish there were more staff since the wait was fairly long for a simple modem pickup but that's not the fault of the employees here.

Here is my experience we went on Monday to upgrade our family phones and to add a line which is 2 days before Christmas they added 3 lines and then told us to come back tomorrow morning Christmas Eve to do the other 2 which one was a 16 yo Christmas gift now they couldn’t do it citing another 24 hrs so we couldn’t get the other 2 lines until Thursday after Christmas, remind you we have auto pay my POV you get 1 star for poor Customer service, you lied to us and we are canceling our account, I was against leaving a review but I did because of lack of accountability
