“I come here because it opens at 9 and the other post office that I love to go to doesnt open till 10 so if I have stuff to do early I will go to this branch. There usually only one clerk there in the morning so it can take some time to get through if there's a line when they open but convenient because not the earlier opening time”

Less than 5 minutes later David called us, gave us the exact description of where the package was left, and we were able to resume assisting customers with getting their devices fixed. Another employee assisting that day was also very courteous. As fellow human beings, it is important to understand one another’s circumstances and practice patience when things do not go as expected. Speaking from my experience as a government employee, I appreciate that policies cannot be altered or exceptions made for individual cases.
