Black lady with glasses very rude! This makes absolutely no sense cause that’s all I see in the reviews and she still has not been reprimanded about her nasty attitude. No help at all. Took my business to another post office

Came today to day an ID verification at 3:00p, window was closed shut with a hand written sign saying someone would be back at 2:45p but still did not have any staff present. Very inconvenient

Never feels welcoming coming to this location. I don’t like the attitudes of the employees and half the time you have to wait for someone to come help you. It’s the most convenient to me, but I’ll go out of the way not to go here unless it’s a dire emergency.

I just left this post office and had the SAME EXACT EXPERIENCE that everyone else had in these reviews. The black clerk with the glasses was absolutely TERRIBLE. I was behind someone and apparently, I was standing on the wrong side of the small counter. She proceeded to YELL at me about standing on the wrong side and that I needed to move. Like ... who are you talking too like that? I came back at her and then came to my car to file a complaint via the USPS website. I'm baffled that the postal service would keep ANYONE like that around with such horrible customer service. You don't yell and disrespect ANYONE in a place of service! Apparently, her name is ROSA and I learned that by going to a different post office and they told me. And I'm not stopping there with my complaint. I'll definitely be making sure that someone in HIGHER management looks into this since the management at the post office doesn't seem to care.

After all my visits over the past few years, I’m convinced that these staff’s main job is to create confusion, anxiety, and frustration. They persist in holding back information, giving ambiguous answers, and intentionally making the mailing way more difficult than it should be.

This is an extremely busy post office. These ladies are overworked. They are not rude but professional and in order to service everyone they have little time to play babysitter. I visit this location weekly and these ladies know their jobs inside and out. The customers are lacking many times and attempt to treat the workers disrespectfully. No sir, no mam. Many complaints are related to tape supply or lack of...BRING YOUR OWN SUPPLY OF TAPE. This post office is in the business district and serves customers with large mailings. It is not the neighborhood post office. These ladies don't have the luxury to hand hold. Thank you and you're welcome.

The most unprofessional USPS staff in the Piedmont Triad area! I had a PO box at this location for my music business, and I went to renew it once, but the man who was serving me was very rude to me. He spoke to me in a tone that gave me the impression that he was yelling at me, and I did not appreciate that. For that reason, I have just decided to not renew my old box and open a new one at another location instead. Don't open a PO box at Center City in downtown Winston-Salem. Their staff sucks!

The older skinny black lady with glasses. If you ever see her in there working please run in the opposite direction. I wish I would have gotten her name.
She was completely rude simply and treated me like I was trying to steal from the post office simply because I packaged an item wrong. I appreciated being told in advance that I did it wrong because I don't want to be over charged. But she was outright rude and talked down to me the whole time, kept cutting me off and like I said treating me like I was trying to game the system. Even after telling her multiple times I wanted to take it home and repack it right she kept rudely cutting me off. Then when I asked her why she was being so rude she actually doubled down and treated me like I was being hostile.
You gotta be a heartless evil person to be rude to someone, talk down to someone and then when they get the tiniest bit upset you treat them like a hostile threat in front of people.
I seriously dislike that woman for embarrassing me in front of the other customers and talking down to me. I hope she loses her job.
