I brought over 8 packages in and they accepted them all without any hassle because of the amount, the nice lady in the front (clerk 5) i didn't get a name but she was absolutely amazing, she also told me ways to save money!

the passport guy is actually nice, i think people just come unprepared and expect to be catered to. this is the government you’re talking about, not mcdonald’s. i brought everything i was instructed to bring online and was out in probably 10 mins.
