About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization in the country that regularly delivers to every residential and business address. USPS is committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery of mail and packages to more than 157 million addresses in the United States, its territories, and its military bases worldwide. Processing and delivering 47 percent of the world's mail, USPS manages over 30,000 retail locations and constantly innovates to make customer experiences better. Customers have mixed experiences at the local Post Office™ at 3331 Healy Dr. Some report long wait times, with only one person at the counter even when there are a few people in line. Others, however, praise the staff for their politeness, efficiency, and great service, particularly at this location. Employees are described as friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, even during rush times.
