“We have been with Old Town Vet for years now and have seen all of the Veterinarian's on staff. Yesterday we had concerns about poop issues with our elderly (14 yr) dog. Same condition that happens from time to time, but this bout has lasted much longer than usual. They were very thorough with possible concerns, able to do blood work there and then, also did an ultrasound of his liver. They gave great support on what to do first and go from there. The vet took the time to answer all of our questions, they were able to supply medication to help support his gut and liver that afternoon. He has been a happy pup today.”

Yesterday was a heartbreaking day for me and my family.We knew the time had come though heartbreaking we knew Jacob was making his transition and crossing the Rainbow Bridge. Thank you Dr.Lakey and your staff for making this ending special. Your care and comfort was something I never expected. You gave both myself and Jocob a comfortable atmosphere so we could say goodbye. The world needs alot more individuals like you and your staff.

“I bring my Fur Babies to this location. The Vets and Assistants are very knowledgeable about diagnosis of what is happening when there is a problem. They know how important your pets are to you as most have cats and or dogs themselves. They are very informative and keep records very well. You usually will receive a text and several calls to create and confirm appointments. They are expensive with certain medicines / procedures / tests tho so be prepared to bring your bank account LOL”
“Dr Dixon came to the rescue for my horse, Mamzell. She was coughing & breathing 60 breaths/min on occasion. (Asthma/COPD)She had an injection of steroids and oral dosing during allergy/pollen/dusty hay season. Advised more time outdoors for fresh air. She got a carport with sprinklers and is doing much better. Dr Dixon took great care and checked in on us before another follow up visit. He is the Best!! Shalom! Joanna”

“I absolutely love Ard-Vista! They were always extremely careful with my yorkie who had terrible health issues and a collapsed trachea. They saw us through both of my previous girls' passings and were so respectful of them through the process. Dr. Morrison even sent us heartfelt, handwritten card about how special he could tell our little Piper was to us and how sorry he was for our loss. We now have 3 Maltese. Dr. Gessner is our regular vet and he is extremely patient with me and my 1,000 questions as a constantly anxious dog mom. He always takes great care of my dogs and is very careful during procedures. The entire staff is fantastic and Jessica up front is an angel. I can not say enough good things about them.”

“Absolutely the best vet around. We've been going for a bit and love Dr Taylor-gotta saw we've passed the love on to Dr. Tamashiro! She was able to quickly pick up on our doggo's IVDD, previously diagnosed, and gave us a supportive plan. She's been nothing but insanely helpful, compassionate and caring with our pups, and the practice itself is always the best care. Everyone there is fantastic!”
“Emergency vet care is expensive, much like emergency human care. Owning a pet comes with financial responsibility of that pet and I don't think it's fair to blame the vet office because you can't pay for something. That being said - we received compassionate (and extremely costly) care from this hospital and if we have another emergency we will use them again.”
“Have been taking my 2 canines to Dr. Schill & Dr. Hoffman for many years. One of my canines crossed The Rainbow Bridge on 6/23. The whole staff including Dr. Schill could not have been more compassionate with lots of hugs & tears....an awesome staff who is extremely helpful & knowledgeable. I wouldn't take my canines to any other vet office.”
“We took my boyfriend's pit bull there and the hardest part was getting that big dog into the van to get him there. The staff and vet were very good with him and gave him treats the whole time. They drew blood and gave him a shot, but he was so good and he didn't even have to be muzzled. The vet gave a good recommendation for dog food as well.”
“We are deeply grateful to the entire team for the care, compassion, and professionalism they showed our kitten, Henry.
From the moment we arrived during an emergency, it was clear that Henry was treated with urgency, expertise, and genuine kindness. The doctors and staff took the time to explain what was happening, walked us through difficult decisions with honesty and empathy, and never once made us feel rushed or unheard.
Although Henry’s condition was ultimately not survivable, we know he received aggressive, thoughtful care and, most importantly, comfort. In the short time he was with us, he became incredibly special to our family, and we are thankful he was surrounded by people who truly cared for him in his final days.
This team made an unimaginably hard experience a little more bearable, and we will always be thankful for that.

“I cannot say enough good things about this emergency vet team. They quite literally saved my cat’s life, and I will be forever grateful.
Finn came in with a urinary blockage and had not peed in about 15 hours. Even though the wait time was over 8 hours, they recognized the urgency and took him back immediately. From the start, everything was explained to me in a way I could understand, even while I was crying and overwhelmed. They were calm, patient, and never made me feel rushed.
When I agreed to move forward with the catheter procedure, they started right away. Unfortunately, Finn re-blocked and it was determined that a PU surgery was the best option. This was a huge and scary decision, especially financially, but the team gave my family and me time to process, encouraged us to speak with our regular vet, and thoroughly explained all risks and options. Every question we had was answered.
The aftercare instructions were clear and detailed, and anytime we called with follow-up questions, someone took the time to help us. They even cleaned Finn up after surgery when he was unable to clean himself, which meant so much to us.
Because of this team, Finn is alive and healing. I am beyond thankful for their compassion, knowledge, and care. If you ever have an emergency with your pet, this is the team you want.”
