“Had the most amazing experience today at Costco. Drove up to buy Azaleas. Normally they are in the middle of the store. Asked a gentleman and he took me to the outside garden area. I had a regular cart and he went and got me a flat bed. Another gentleman helped me load them as they are the biggest I have ever seen. After shopping and checking out on my way to my van another gentleman helped me unload my purchases. I hit the jackpot with the best service today. Thank you Costco. You have great service but this was far beyond my expectations as busy as the warehouse was.”
“Checked in quickly on Penn Ave for paper warehouse. Receiving door is on the far side of the docks. Got a dock door relatively quick and unloaded in a timely manner. Pay attention to instructions when givin a door back truck, slide tandems chalk your wheels and disconnect airline. Any garbage extra goes in the dumpster by receiving door.”
“Got here at 7:54 went right in & checked in, was in a door by 8:00 was unloaded by 8:35, the guy who checked me in was very nice! I don’t think there is any overnight parking here but it’s plenty of room once you get unloaded to pull off to the side & wait for your next load”
“Security guard arrives at 5:00 AM and checks you in. Guard also tells you which dock to go and additional instructions. 2 trucks can park outside the gate in the middle lane and 2 trucks can park near security guard for overnight parking. They’re quick but try to avoid arriving before appointment time”
