Serving the Winston-Salem community for over 100 years, the YWCA of Winston-Salem & Forsyth County is affiliated with the national YWCA whose mission is “eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all.” We offer programs that empower underserved and at-risk children, empower women to live successful lives as they recover from substance use, & empower YWCA members to live healthy lives. The YWCA Wellness Center is a community center — consider it your other home, where your fitness and wellness life can come together with your social life for a while; you can be yourself, without intimidation! We offer over 70 fitness classes, including BodyPump, HIIT classes, Tai Chi, yoga, and more!
Elevation Church/ YWCA great church and very nice YWCA facility. Campus Pastor is great and very friendly. They also have pickle ball during the week. You praise Jesus and get your workout on! Can't beat that!!!
