I popped in the store to ask for help with a chain I did purchase from this store that had several small knots in it from moving, it looked impossible to me for anyone to be able to remove them, but Talisha assisted me and took her time and was capable of removing all of the kinks. Brenna is exceptional, she helped my fiancee pick her wedding band after we'd looked at several different places. The price was great as well and Brenna explained everything in great detail which made us more comfortable with the purchase. We will be back!
