Despite this, recent months have seen progress. The pharmacy features caring and attentive staff, with a pharmacist going the extra mile to ensure patients receive their medication, even working late to transfer prescriptions. Customers have also praised the excellent customer service provided by friendly and helpful team members who assist with various needs, including printing photos and making photo books. Overall, Walgreens offers a good experience, with noticeable improvements and helpful staff, though some delays still occur.

Out of 7 Walgreens I called, this is the only one where the gentleman I spoke to actually looked up which Walgreens stores had my medication available during a shortage.
