Very unprofessional .not all but most.they never have prescription on hand when u need it they lie and say they getting it ready knowing they don't have it in stock .the pharmacy needs needs adequate help.time for upper hands to reevaluate their staff on all areas including customer service .

The Google pages shows that pharmacy hours are until 7:00 today (Friday) but when I walked to the counter the pharmacist was rude, had an attitude and said “we’re shut down for the night”. Why would a business confirm their hours on Google incorrectly.

Walgreens at 4211 NC-11 in Winterville used to be realiable, efficient, helpful, and a joy to visit. Unfortunately, the pharmacy at this location is no longer any of the above. They consistently close their window 5-10 minutes early while customers are in line, "lose" scripts sent to them, fail to properly communicate with providers and insurance to deliver services to their customer and, in fact, hang up on other pharmacies trying to transfer scripts away. They hold scripts hostage for days at a time while all of the other parties try to resolve issues. Using this location has become more of a risk to me and my family than a help. I am deeply disappointed as I used them for 10+ years without complaint until this started. As a side note, Covid is no longer an excuse for poor service and rude/obnoxious behavior.

I've always had a good experience with this pharmacy. Tip: before having your Doctor send your Rx here (or anywhere) to be filled, call the pharmacy to make sure they have the medicine in stock.

I call in on one day to ask for availability. My doctor doesn't send the request until the day after. And, when the prescription request gets to the pharmacy, they tell me that they don't have it anymore.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Shantay, Lyric, and Linda were amazing! Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Shantay and Lyric were very helpful and patient as I was trying to get my pictures printed and a photo book made from my birthday photo session. Linda was so pleasant when she checked me out. I will definitely be back. Thank you ladies for all you do. Your help and support is greatly appreciated!

I don't get it, you make an appt for whatever vaccine, and you have to wait like 30-45 mins. The news daily is flu cases are on the rise, rsv is on the rise w/ youth, but the low and slow are the staff in getting ppl in and out quickly. If you observe the actions when you show up for your appt, it appears that they are oblivious to a good process or system. Not sure what's going on, but something needs to change. Not sure if other locations are like this. Whewwww!

This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been due to the professionalism. The staff are rude and could care less about helping their customers-phone or In person. They way they dismiss people is astonishing. Customers stand or be in the drive thru lines forever then they shut everything down at 5 even with people still in line. I’m switching my business

This would be zero stars if that were an option. Other than a good location this is the absolute worst pharmacy. The pharmacy apparently only hires the rudest or laziest people they can find. This is only 1 of MONTHLY situations I've had here. Today I called and was on hold for 47 minutes and then they disconnected the phone. I called back and waited another 36 minutes. The tech said my medication was out of stock but yet it was on auto fill and due 2 days ago. She suggested I call around to other Walgreens in Greenville to see if they had it!! What?!? It was on auto fill and no one even notified me. They said they were too busy. Like I said, only the location is good. The people working could careless and they're horrible to deal with! It's nearly impossible to even transfer prescriptions from there. The hours are ridiculous. I have to take vacation time just to pick up before 5! I told one girl I requested a refill on the app and she suggested that I come in person to request a refill and request to stay until it's filled, otherwise I probably wouldn't get it! Ridiculous!

This Walgreens is the worst. They tell you when your prescriptions will be ready and two and a half hours later, they are not. Also, the clerk didn't know what insulin was. When she looked it up, she quoted the price and asked if we still wanted it. Obviously, she knows nothing about diabetics and their needs. Additionally, this store makes mistakes in filling prescriptions. Sometimes, you find a pill mixed in your bottle that is not what was prescribed. That's dangerous and could be life threatening.

If you want my honest opinion on this Walgreens location, DO NOT use their pharmacy. Every time I send in requests for prescription refills, the staff always tries to make me wait when I have scheduled pickup at least 24 hours in advance. More importantly: I take Meloxicam. This morning, I found a pill in my bottle of Meloxicam that looked different than the rest, so I researched the pill before even thinking about taking it... Good thing, because it's a STATIN for HIGH CHOLESTEROL. I don't even have cholesterol problems and neither does anyone at my home. What in the actual h*** people?!?!? When I calm down, I will be speaking with your manager and I will be a total Karen. You just wait.

CDC just approved 2nd booster for those 50 and over. Tried to make an appointment on the app the next day. App said no appointments until April 1 but you could walk in. Tried to walk in today 3/31. Its 11:50 am, 5 people working the pharmacy and NO ONE at the pharmacy -not even at the drive thru. They refused to give me the Covid booster bc I didn’t have an appointment. I explained what the app said 2 days ago AND that I am traveling to FL next Thursday to see a 2 month old baby. Remember NO customers at the pharmacy—only me. And they REFUSED to give me the Covid booster! Don’t they feel ANY OBLIGATION TO VACCINATE THE GREENVILLE COMMUNITY? I am DONE with this Walgreens, maybe ALL Walgreens. My company has us use Walgreens and I am thinking of making an official complaint to my company. This isn’t the first time I have had problem with this store.DONT USE THIS WALGREENS. Notice all the low ratings!
