“We were looking for some nice souvenirs from North Carolina and were so glad we stopped here! We found the perfect keepsakes—a magnet and a Christmas tree ornament—that will always remind us of our trip. The shop has a fun variety of items, from unique gifts to classic souvenirs, so there’s something for everyone to enjoy. The staff were also incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. A great little spot to pick up something special while visiting NC—highly recommend!”

“I had a great time exploring Jeanne’s boutique for gifts while my wife shopped for clothes. There is so much to choose from, including jewelry, cute gifts (such as wine charms, mugs, and much more. All of the prices are very reasonable — much less than you would expect to pay at a local boutique. The organization could be improved as you never know what you’ll find around the next corner, but perhaps that’s part of the charm!”
“I personally don’t have a google acct so I am writing the review on my sons acct. I want to give MAJOR PROPS to the manager Ann Hall for everything she does for the store and for her customers. She is hands on with the customers and shops with them to feel them out for what they want/need. I feel like she’s always in the store and it makes me feel great to see her and work with her. Yesterday I was shopping for jeans for myself, son and daughter. Ann helped me along with Jenna up to the final sale. She actually let Jenna have credit for the sale to show her what it’s like to work one on one with a customer and the rep-or it builds. I don’t know I just always feel like family in that store and Ann can always relate to everything I am feeling as far as picking / trying clothes. This store ROCKS and without Ann I think it would cave !!!!”

I purchased an item and it was shipped to me, and there was a problem Sean and the team over there took care of it so quickly and efficiently got me the new item that I needed without even thinking twice absolutely amazing team of people over there that actually care about their customers to say I’ll be a returning. “FIVE STARS!!!! Skip right over Boot Barn and come here instead!!!! Had a Stetson Buffalo felt hat I needed reshaped because it had flattened/warped in a car. Tried to take it to Boot Barn first and they were so unwilling to help I walked out. Found Mi Ranchito and called. I didn’t think I’d have time to stop in, but I dropped by right before close (sorry!!) and the guy (I didn’t get his name!) was SO nice and helpful! Twenty minutes later I got a text with a video of my hat! IT WAS LIKE NOTHING HAD EVER EVEN HAPPENED TO IT! It was perfect! Incredible! Thank you SO MUCH!”

“This store is a breath of fresh air! It’s not laid out like a typical store. It’s very interesting. It really makes you want to engage and take your time and shop. There’s good positive music playing it feels like a positive place. There’s things that are really pricey and then there are things that are more moderately priced. I think there’s something for everyone here. They’re very sweet and kind. There’s a lot of stuff for believers here. There’s decor clothes, food all kinds of things. Overall, I love it, and I can’t wait to come back”

“My favorite clothing boutique in Wilmington! Zoe has cute, body-inclusive clothing that changes out regularly, and she even has clothes for men! Not to mention all the cute accessories and handmade art inside the cutest container store. Her shop is a must-visit in Wilmington, and you can even shop her wares online if you're from out of town!”
“Cato is my go to place for trendy clothes that are good quality and great priced. Always have nice selection. And if there's something I really want that isn't in my size, I will order it from their website. They also have wonderful accessories. I love their shoes and earrings. I always get alot of compliments when I wear outfits I get from cato.”
“This is one of the best locations at Independence Mall. There are only a few major known name brand stores here. Vans and Zumiez being of note. I give major props to Igor and especially Ari, whom guided me along the way of finding the right shoe for me. She knew what kind of shoe I wanted and showed me many varieties like it. I didn't expect to walk out with two pairs, but she could tell what kind of aesthetic I liked in a shoe. Therefore, i will be back for all my vans needs in the future.”

“I have been to several different Torrid locations, across the country. This location, although it is not even my local one, is by far my favorite.
It is the biggest location and has the most inventory for you to choose from. I love the fact that they have a big lingerie spot and the swiim wear (when in season) as it allows you to try these on and see what they look and feel like on you before you buy it. As we all know, different styles of lingerie and swim wear all fit differently so this is a huge plus!
Besides that, the staff is wonderful here! Hayley and Amanda both remember my name when I come in there. They are always honest with me about how things look on me and offer suggestions, based on what they know from my previous purchases. They are truly jewels in Torrid's crown!!”

Reading the tags, I think most of if not all of their fabrics are natural fibers, including organic cotton. lots of natural textures give the entire store this beautiful raw vibe. Jewelry is gorgeous and good quality. They have a great sales seasonally. Super friendly staff and clean facility.
