“Chris the manager was awesome explaining to us what needed to be completed and how they were going to complete the job after a drunk hit my daughter's new Tacoma. He never looked at his phone or watch once and treated me the customer in front of him like we were his only importance in that moment. He encouraged questions and best thing he never talked down to us like we were stupid not once and I am a masters level education. He even took the time to teach me things about what to look for in good body shop work versus patch job work and have me knowledge to increase my brain cells just enough to be more dangerous in this everyday world in a field I knew only a smidgen about. I will always be returning to Chris because of our first interaction and for the entire smooth process Chris made for us.”

“We were on 421 north traveling to meet up with friends in the mtns when the splash guard under the engine started dragging. We pulled off and Long’s Garage was the closest place where we could get assistance. I called. We drove there and the guy who helped us ( i don’t know his name- reddish beard, youngish) was great. It was raining and because the lift was occupied, he crawled under our car to secure the guard. Really great friendly guy who definitely helped us out.”

“Walked in with no appointment to have a headlight repaired, bad connector. The staff were friendly and had my car ready in about 3 hours. They showed me the bad part and only charged about $70, seemed very reasonable to me. Excellent service!”

“I don’t know anything for sure but there has to of been some management /owner change! Because we USED to not ever take a car there due to some bad past experiences but was in a pinch a while back, they said they could help so we have them a second chance and now they’ve gotten us out of soooo many “pinches” with no issues ever since. I can only speak for our personal experience but with 4 totally different make/model cars.”

“This place is the best place to take a vehicle. If you want your work done they get it in. They get it out and it's not a high price. My husband took his one truck last year to a guy to fix it and he charged him $500 in labor and had the truck no more than an hour and a half and didn't fix it so we had to take it to Matthews garage to get it fixed”
