“I was a long-time customer of a different insurance company, but when I moved into my current home, I was forced to switch companies for home hazard insurance. Then when the assessed tax value of my home substantially increased and the new insurance company’s rates doubled; it forced me, for the first time ever, to compare rates and coverage with other insurance companies. John at Allstate was awesome to work with, especially given the fact that I asked him a hundred questions. He graciously answered every question, even the ones that I asked over and over. While I still ended up paying a little more for my hazard insurance because of the higher replacement coverage needed, I was able to bundle in my car insurance and save thanks to John.”
