“Kevin at Starbucks is great he is a good positive example of a great employee, the deli department though, they’re excellent at pretending like you’re not there, waiting. I think it’s the post covid world that has really given up on service and general respect of people encountered by employees. I understand that these employees have other duties to do, but at a minimum you should acknowledge people waiting and thank them for being patient, some simple engagement goes a long way.”
“Truly an incredible local business. They were so kind and went above and beyond for me. My dog's vet gave me a prescription for an anti-seizure medication that they did not carry. After going to multiple chain pharmacies, I was told by all of them that the prescription could not be filled for at least 4 days. I called Falls River Pharmacy in a state of panic, frustration and desperation. They were closing in 4 minutes and I was about 10 minutes away. They still had to check if the meds were in stock, count the pills to make sure they even had enough to fill the Rx and stayed after hours to accommodate me and my dog. I will eternally be grateful to them for showing kindness, compassion and going the extra mile. I will only come to Falls River moving forward for all my pharmacy needs. They are more than just a business, they treat their customers like family.”
“They don’t inundate you with emails and texts about your prescriptions. You have to keep track of them yourself. They are quick and efficient and a no frills kind of pharmacy. No long lines where folks make appointments and complete COVID tests in line! Geez! Reminds me of the drugstores of my youth.”

They followed up with me once this was completed and set up automatic refills for me. Great customer service. “Absolutely the best place I’ve been for medications!! I have only met one that wasn’t that great- she seemed like it might have been her 1st day. My husband and I have been going there for about a month now. They were able to transfer all our prescriptions from Walmart to Publix without a single hiccup- my medications were filled quickly and the staff was friendly. I almost didn’t want to do a review in case people saw it and everyone rushed to Publix but I have faith the staff will remain just a friendly and professional! Thanks guy for all you do!”

“My wife has been using a brand name medication for many years and three months ago, all of a sudden manufacture decided to quit producing a specific dosage and so she has to go through painful approval and appeal process to get a lower dosage's same brand approved by her insurance company. With this location's Pharmacist Dr. Ajay's and staff Ms. Sophia's help, my wife was able to secure her 90 days' medication this afternoon. This is a thank you note from the bottom of our hearts. All of the employees work in this Walgreens shop deserve a break and big raise as well. Stay safe everyone. I'm sure we'll meet some of the same friendly staff again down the road.”

“I was pretty frustrated the other day with how things were going with some complications with a prescription, going back and forth with my insurance company, my doctor and the pharmacy. Although I did get kinda snippy with the Pharmacist, she was amazing and patient. I feel pretty badly because I'm sure she deals with a lot of rude people that are a lot worse than I was. I did go back and apologize because I had to pick up the new prescription, just a little reminder that a little kindness goes a long way. They also work their behind off back there in the pharmacy!!!”
