“Interesting that there were many negative reviews. I have been using this pharmacy for years for family Rx's which are pretty regular, and although there was one exception on a very busy day where I felt the service was shockingly bad (even under stress the best rise to the occasion), I have otherwise always experienced great service here. Someone in the reviews before mine, said they refused him service because they said he had no insurance even though he did. I am wondering if he misunderstood. Are you sure they were not saying there was no Insurance on record at that store? If that happened to me, I would show them my Insurance card or give them the insurance information or ask them to call the other CVS so they can get the information. It is really odd that they would turn you away and not try to get the information from you. If that happened exactly as you said, I am stunned that that happened.”
“Truly an incredible local business. They were so kind and went above and beyond for me. My dog's vet gave me a prescription for an anti-seizure medication that they did not carry. After going to multiple chain pharmacies, I was told by all of them that the prescription could not be filled for at least 4 days. I called Falls River Pharmacy in a state of panic, frustration and desperation. They were closing in 4 minutes and I was about 10 minutes away. They still had to check if the meds were in stock, count the pills to make sure they even had enough to fill the Rx and stayed after hours to accommodate me and my dog. I will eternally be grateful to them for showing kindness, compassion and going the extra mile. I will only come to Falls River moving forward for all my pharmacy needs. They are more than just a business, they treat their customers like family.”

“I just moved all of my and my husbands prescriptions to this pharmacy. They took care of everything that needed to be done to get them moved over for me. They followed up with me once this was completed and set up automatic refills for me. Great customer service. And… they also went ahead and gave me and my husband our flu shots all on our first visit there. I am looking forward to doing business with this pharmacy!”
“I've been coming to this store for a few years, and in my experience it's perfect to shop there to stock up. In the cafeteria the cinnamon pretzels are the best, and I wished they fixed their soda machines in the cafeteria(nothing against the cafeteria), because my mtn dew tasted weird, but while I came back they fixed the soda fountain machines. My favorite drink there in Sam's Club cafe is the MTN DEW berry monsoon, and I love the color and the flavor. The employees there are excellent, and professional!!! Overall good place to shop for the big supplies like for example a big supplies of mouthwash, two pack cheerios. I think what would be better, and awesome if the store had a few more items like protein waffles, and more variety of groceries like other original grocery stores do. Don't worry we love shopping there all the time, I just like to shop anywhere. Thank you Sam's Club for being the best!!!!”

“I like HT because of their weekly deals and wide selection. This one is clean and run by friendly people. The only drawback I have is their take out pizza. The pie is delicious but ordering is a bit of a drag.Update: the App makes ordering pizza much easier. Also, deli sandwiches are more efficient through the app. The filet steaks are worth the price but I try to wait for the sale.”
“It all depends on the day how quickly the line moves. However there is one thing for sure. These care takers do their absolute best to help you. I haven’t run into a lazy person yet. I don’t mind going to this pharmacy even if the line is moving a little slow.”

“I've had excellent service and experiences here. I've been using them for several years. I currently don't have insurance, but they always run prescriptions through good Rx automatically. When I've had to transfer prescriptions from other pharmacies, they've made it extremely. The people are nice and helpful. I used Walgreens for a short time last year due to insurance requirements, and it was never a good experience.”

“First time here & it is so cute, clean, & organized. Very updated & the service was excellent. Not a speck of dust on anything I saw. The fact that they have an USAA ATM was a plus!I don't live that close to this store, but I'm going to be moving my prescriptions here. That's how good the service was. It's next to Starbucks and Culver's. The area has heavy traffic, but it's easy to get in and out of the parking lot.”

“This CVS Pharmacy is located inside of the Wake Forest Target store. So it is a little different from a regular CVS as there is just the Pharmacy. It can get busy so there is usually a line in Target's vitamin aisle. So they could use more staff. I was able to get my COVID Boosters here and flu shot. They have a small area set up with chairs for vaccines. The website made scheduling easy and I could pick the location I wanted.”
