“My son has been going to shining time for a year and a half. This is the second preschool he has attended, the first wasn’t great so I was hesitant to try again. All of his teachers and the directors have been incredible and completely changed my mind, my son looks forward to going to school everyday. They create a safe and comfortable environment where he can be himself and have fun.On a separate note- Katie and Amber were just outside helping a handicap gentleman who ran out of gas, literally pushed his vehicle to safety and went and filled his gas can for him. Truly grateful for this preschool and the amazing people who care for our community.”

“We took our precious pup Mocha in for a temperament test at Hounds Town, Wake Forest. The facility was spotless and free of odors. The appointment was timely. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We look forward to having Mocha play and also stay in the near future.”

“My kids recently started (about a month ago). So far the staff have been amazing they're passionate about the kids they work with, kind, and communicate very well how your child is doing anything that is going good or needs improvement etc. the director (s) are also amazing welcoming and generous people. They do little events occasionally, icee trucks, so on so forth every once in a while and just go above and beyond for the kids. I couldn't imagine them going anywhere as great as this is going!”

The classroom sizes are perfect, their daily routine is consistent and engaging, and all of the children seem content and like their individual needs are met, making for a healthy, thriving classroom for all each and every day.As parents, it's priceless to feel our child is not only safe, but also being poured into every day, and learning from her peers. “Started my 2 kids in January and this was our 3rd school as we’ve been less than impressed with what the others offered and Highland Creek KinderCare is our new permanent home! “Friendly, loving, kind & caring. Daycare is nice and clean. Everyone is wonderful and I feel comfortable leaving my 6 month old daughter. The app is great and I get updates throughout the day- everytime she eats, diaper change, sleeps and does activities. And pictures! And if I ask a question in the app they are quick to respond.
The caregivers and staff are so kind and welcoming and my daughter is now 7 months old and loves going to daycare.”

“My daughter recently started here in the NC pre k program at harps mill and I love it here I wish my baby started here sooner . I was very nervous about starting her at a new daycare but when I came in to meet the teacher I was sooo excited to see that her teacher was Ms. Kandis I instantly got comfortable because I’m familiar with her , she is the most sweetest, loving & caring person ever ☺️ what made me even more comfortable with this daycare is every morning coming in each and every person welcomes you and greet you as you come in the door , which showed me as a mom my daughter is well loved and cared for here by any teacher . I adore Mrs. Shamika Because one thing she gone do is make sure she greets you as you walk in and out the door with a smile , and most importantly the director of the daycare Ms. Aisha has the most beautiful heart I’ve ever met she is so supportive to her parents and loving to all of her children in the daycare like they are her own. Her staff is also a reflection of her in the way they treat the kids here at harps mill. I would choose this daycare over and over again if I could . I hate that my baby won’t be here next year because she is graduating and going to kindergarten but we will make sure we do our weekly visits to see yall again ?I greatly appreciate yall and love yall . “I have recommended HCA so many times on Facebook, I thought I should come here to sing their praises as well! We first started our (then) 4 month old at another daycare and we were not happy with the care. Thankfully, we found HCA and it could not be more different. Our daughter is now 16 months old and absolutely loves her teachers and going to school. She's been in two classrooms and the teachers in both are absolutely amazing--very caring and attentive. They do such fun events, arts/crafts, and have a good amount of outside time (weather permitting). The administrative staff including the cook are also so involved--they know each child's name and are always available when we have questions. We love that they use Procare so we can see her day in real time too. We recommend HCA so highly that recently we considered a move and decided against it because we love HCA so much :)”

“We moved our daughter from another daycare to PSNR and she instantly loved it! We were shocked and were so nervous it would take time for her to integrate but the teachers did their magic and created such a safe and kindhearted space for her. Kids pick up on these things! The teachers and admin are wonderful and you can tell they truly care about the kiddos. It's a very nurturing environment, everyone is so welcoming and polite, and the kids are truly so happy and thriving! Like all the daycares, they have occasional changes in staffing but no where near the chaos we had our previous spot. We love that the meals and snacks are provided and the kids are learning but having fun too. It's a great balance and we've really been thankful to have both our toddler and infant here at PSNR!”

“My child loves the Pre-K4 program and hasn't fought me about attending after experiencing his first trial attendance. I love that the staff and teachers are all caring and in a genuine [heartwarming] way. If you're looking for a Pre-K4 program that will prepare your child for kindergarten [academically] rather than a center that's focused solely on "babysitting," you must request a tour at this facility. From infants to Pre-K4, KinderCare truly cares about our children.”

“We love the Goddard school. The facility is nice and clean and most of the staff really seem to like their jobs. My 4.5 and 2 year old love going in every day and learn a lot there because it is not just someplace that babysits your child, they actually teach.”

“This is my son’s second week at Primrose and after having a pretty terrible experience at his previous daycare, Primrose has been a fresh breath of air. All the staff is fantastic, and it feels great to leave my son in good hands. The teachers are very observant, helpful, and very interactive with the kids. I get multiple pictures throughout the day of all the fun activities they are doing and it makes me feel at ease. The communication is great, and my son comes home happy. At his previous daycare facility he appeared to be severely neglected, he was always sick, and he looked as if he was crying all day. At Primrose, he is always happy and he hasn’t been sick yet (*knock on wood). Now I understand why there is a crazy waiting list to get into this school. Keep up the good work!!!”
