“Really nice office staff and a good sized space for our camper. However, our license plate was stolen from the back of the camper (was there when we dropped it off in January and the trailer had not been moved). This is a locked and secure facility with cameras; when I asked about looking further into this matter, I essentially got nowhere. Given the amount of money we paid to store the trailer in a locked and secured environment, I would have expected more. Sorry, guys.”

“I edited my review to reflect the customer service that Youngsville Storage provides.I had a issue that really upset me in regards to the new system change, I pay my bills on time and with the new system it deleted me from the automatic draft, I had apparently missed an email with this notice and got a nasty gram. I left a negative review explaining my disdain.Today I received a phone call from the manager apologizing for the mistake. He had been out of the office and it was not relayed to have a grace while they went through the pains of finding a new system. He called me, worked with me, and set up a plan to try to set the auto draft back up. Before Youngsville storage I had Lifestorage in Raleigh and they were 100% obtuse to any issues no matter whose fault it was.I would recommend Youngsville storage of anything for the 1 on 1 customer service that is provided and the fact that they care about being fair and keeping people happy.”
“I visited 2 other storage facilities prior to going to Gatekeeper in Youngsville. The other two had no staff on site and didn't even answer the phone! Gatekeeper has a very courteous person that made renting a unit at a stressful time simple and quick. Never lose that human contact. You've definitely won my business and my word of mouth advertising!”
