They ask for the google review so here it is. We stopped in to quickly replace a broken car charger. The associate did not appear knowledgeable. The item we were buying was marked $35 however it rang up $39.99. The manager was called and did not honor the price. I needed the part so I paid and I will take it up with customer service.

I'm giving this store a 5-star review as this is the first time I was able to walk in and out of a store within 15 to 20 minutes. I was very surprised and pleased with the gentleman who assisted me that day.

We had a great experience at this store. The store rep was very professional, helping us compare plans and find the most cost effective options. He then helped us add three lines to our existing lines as well as buy a phone for my daughter and upgrade my own phone. He did a great job all around!!!

Vick is amazing! She helped me so much get an issue resolved and would not give up! She is kind and patient! Austin also rocks!! He made very helpful suggestions and my issue was taken care of! They make a great team!!!

This is not an actual AT&T store, but an authorized retailer. Salesman was more interested in collecting my personal information than understanding what I was asking for.

Went first thing in the morning when they opened at 10am. Mission: use an eligible upgrade on my plan. Length of visit: 30 mins. Out of there by 10:34. ATT rep was Michael and he was friendly and informative. He ensured I had a pleasant experience. Bought 2 accessories and he told me if I bought a 3rd, then they would each be 20% off. Took the deal and paid a reasonable price for everything. Got home to put the screen protector on and when I took it out of the box, it had already been damaged and cracked. Went back later that same day and exchanged it with no issues. Overall pleased with my ATT experience today. Thank you Zebulon ATT store.

Austin was wonderful. My husband and I were feeling a little disgruntled from our experience at the AT&T store in rocky mount and with customer service over the phone We called the Zebulon store and Austin was very helpful from the get-go. He held an appointment for us and helped us in store the following day. He was helpful, patient, and answered all questions/concerns we had. I'd recommend this location and Austin to anyone.

Poor cuatomer service, inconsistent answers, and they don't know anything about their products. Its the nearest branch to me so that's where we went. The first time we entered the shop around 2pm, the 2 staff just looked at us get in the door, not talking or acknowledging a cuatomer come in. I approached their desk and inquired about their internet and mobile services, answers were inconsistent and they look uninterested with us. We left the shop because we have to pick up our kid from school and came back later around 5pm. We got qualified with first net as first reponders and got discounts. Great. Got told that we can get a apple watch for free or discounted price.We came back 2 days later to process the watch. It was ordered through their ipad, showed i will get a confirmation once shipped and will take 2-3 days, nothing to pay right now, all will be on the app when we receive the watch. It showed in their ipad, $13.5 for the watch, $5 for the service all due to the discounts of being a first net qualified. So order placed. I spoke to the agent and the manager at that time. Manager confirmed to me that it is waht it is. I went back 3x just to confirm some details that time. It has been 4 days and no notification from at&t both from email or app. I followed up on the 4th day and apparently, the order did not get through due to some security questions, i have to pay the taxes. And I asked, "why you did not contact me? I was waiting for it and did not know it wasn't order". The response of the agent was "yeah".He showed me to order it on the app and when I did, the price changed, and was told, it is not part of the first net promotion. I talked to the same mngr and told him what he confirmed to me last friday and his response is " i dont know" left the shop and did not buy the watch.How unprofessional!
