I came in for a phone service transfer and Kevin helped us out. He was very calm and patient. I appreciated the help.

Corey was helpful and resolved my issue. Unfortunately I had to pay a restocking fee to have my phone replaced that had a factory defect. No manager or supervisor was there to waive this fee or authorize a refund. My options were to pay a restocking fee or drive to another location in hopes of a manager being there.
