“My best friend and I joined the gym 3 months ago. When we first went we were not planning on doing the training, we just wanted to workout some. We met with Tracy and we decided we would do the training with her for 3 months. Best decision ever. Tracy taught me so much and she helped and encouraged me each time. She is very much interested in your health and the workouts she taught me has already made me stronger. Is it easy no but it’s so worth it. So if you have been thinking about joining a gym 24/7 is a great gym to join and make sure you let Tracy Brooks be your personal trainer. She is truly the best.”
“Awesome gym. Very clean atmosphere and all the equipment was well organized. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Great community of people. Loved dropping in here. Can’t recommend any more, if there was a 6 star option I would definitely be hitting it.”

“Can’t say enough good words about this gym. If there was a 6 star option, I’d definitely be choosing that. The community here is truly unique and people become like family quick. The gym is always clean and well organized. I’ve never seen a CrossFit gym as ascetically pretty as this one. The coaches are all friendly and knowledgeable. There’s lots of class time offerings to be flexible with your schedule. If you want to change your life for the better go drop in. You won’t regret it.”

“I just wanted to give a personal shout out to Hannah! She found my wallet and tried to call me, but the wrong number was in the system.
I came the next day, she recognized me and asked me if I was Patrick And that she had my wallet! She double checked my number and it was indeed off by one, we adjusted it, and I thanked her
She spent the next 30 minutes while I was at the gym intently cleaning, which I did see the day I lost the wallet as well, that made me hopeful that she may have found it.
What a blessing this young lady is to the gym! It’s a great community to be a part of and Hannah is a part of what makes it so great 🙏🏼”
“So fortunate to have found RL Fitness Repair, Tim did a great job fixing our 12-year old elliptical! I called a few other places who didn’t work on our home-brand, only the professional gym brands. Tim was super easy to work with, reasonable rates, and helped us with ordering the spare parts. We’ll definitely use them again if we need! It’s really tough to find people in this niche to repair home gym equipment, I’d recommends them to anyone.”

1) gotten in good shape
2) rehabbed a knee injury
3) rehabbing a rotator cuff injury
Old school is the way to go. Clean, friendly, inexpensive, not over crowded, and most of all, comprehensive.”
