However, I did run into a small issue afterward, but I want to emphasize that this issue wasn’t due to the repair itself. Despite this, they didn’t hesitate to make things right. They offered to refund a portion of my repair cost to compensate for any potential problems that may have occurred, which was incredibly generous and thoughtful of them.

It’s not every day that you encounter a business that genuinely cares about customer satisfaction like this. I truly appreciate how Sam handled everything professionally and with such care.
