“Linda and Karen helped me upgrade from a dinosaur machine to a fancy new Pfaff and so far I love it! They were so knowledgeable, helped me get acquainted with all the new gadgets, and gave me a tutorial. I plan to go back for supplies I’ve been needing!”

“I want to give a huge shoutout to Cody. Earlier today I lost my wallet and he reached out to let me know he’d found it. He was incredibly kind and went out of his way to return it — exactly the kind of thoughtful person we need more of. Thank you, Cody!”

“Great customer service, very helpful. Free delivery exactly at time promised. They were careful in placement of chair and careful not to bump walls. Couldn't ask for better.”

“Excellent experience with Fleck's Furniture & Appliance! Our dishwasher went out, and by noon of the next day, our new one was installed. A special thank you to Tamara and Michael for making the entire process so easy and stress-free. Their customer service was outstanding, and we truly appreciate how quickly everything was taken care of. Highly recommend!”
