After a failed 4 hours and mess on the 1800 Verizon line, we made an appointment to come in and finish our changes to find out it was still wrong and so were our charges on the bill. Tara resolved our needs and fixed the problems in 45 minutes. Plus she said we can call the store and make an appointment for anything else we need with her and we will.
