Teri gave way better customer service compared to the corporate Verizon store by the mall. I do wish they told me a bit more about the prices of accessories but they did waive a lot of fees and helped fix the issues caused by the corporate location by the mall. Overall 5 outta 5 stars for Teri and her coworkers

Not good service or resolving issues! My wife and I went into the store and were talked into additional devices as part of a promotional deal. Actual cost on monthly bill and results were not what was quoted and when returned only received $13 refund out of the $140 original cost. Also watch out for additional add-ons added to bill. I was told they would have a manager reach out to me the next day and I am still waiting on a call after contacting the store.
