Cedric Theel Toyota is a full service Toyota dealer serving Central North Dakota. The experience is consistently good, with staff described as friendly, kind, and helpful. They are willing to take their time to help customers get what they are looking for. The purchasing process is made easy, with the team doing an amazing job. For vehicle repairs, the body shop experience is fantastic. They contact customers in a timely fashion to keep them informed and complete the work totally to their satisfaction. Customers strongly suggest them for body work needs. While most experiences are positive, there can be minor issues. On a used vehicle purchase, a detailing oversight was noted, and a mechanical inspection missed a disconnected wire. However, the dealership was quick to resolve those issues free of charge. Overall, customers highly recommend Cedric Theel Toyota and report that good old fashioned customer service is alive and well there. They sell and service Toyota cars, trucks, and SUVs, and their Body Shop repairs all vehicle makes and models.
I’m not the biggest fan of the car shopping process but Jenny and the rest of the Cedric Theel team make it easy and stress free as you could ask. Hope not to be car shopping again for awhile but they will be our first stop when that time comes.
