“I had a bad experience at Menards, will come here. I came in looking at sheets of wood. Walking around looking at the products, I was asked if I needed help? More than one employee too. I was lost, and one guy helped me. I showed him what I wanted or needed, and he showed me a piece, that I asked to be cut down, which he did. Unfortunately, it is way too heavy for me, much less for its use. One of the workers is a neighbor, the other was Kristal or Krista? “Gary in the paint department is nothing but unbelievable. I had a can of paint in my basement that was for the walls of the house. I recently purchased and it had no markings of what color it was. I brought it into Gary and he was able to mix me 5 gallons of that stuff Perfectly, I was able to cover a pre-existing wall with it and nobody could tell the difference in paint color. He is truly a paint wizard.”
