“We had a great experience with Jessie at Sleep Number. She was so helpful in helping us establishing our individual sleep numbers and selecting the best sleep number bed for us. We’ve had 2 Tempur-pedic beds, but love our Sleep Number so much more. It’s worth the investment to have a bed that can adjust/adapt to your needs! Wish we would’ve bought in years ago!”
“Edit: Andrew the new manager is a G and made it right. Swapped out all the old stuff for 3 new pieces and didn't pay a dime. Guess that particular furniture set a lot of people had problems with and they stopped carrying it. Would definitely reccomend!
Customer service is solid, the people are nice, but their products are garbage. Bought a 2500$ couch and it started falling apart immediately. We arent big people, but the support beam for the front broke within a month and they replaced it, within 4 months the second sections support for the springs/cushions broke (they replaced it) and now it's broke for a 3rd time because the supports for the springs are completely worn after only a year but the warrantly expired so theres nothing i can do. Not to mention just uncomfortable, but im still making payments on something that's gonna go in the trash as soon as I can afford it. Extremely cheaply made stuff, it's all particle board, glue and staples, genuinely wish it was possible to just return it and get my money back to buy a better product. Save your money, buy from Costco. They're across the street and deliver AND they let you return crap products if they break.”

“Great coupons through their app, decent selection of art and craft supplies. Unfortunately, my main area of interest lies within products relating to airbrushing. The selection has dwindled to almost non-existent, at least at my local Michael's. Often times when I need airbrush paint or supplies, it's a last minute thing, which forces me to look to another brick and mortar art supply competitor almost exclusively nowadays.”
“I always find great plants. Everything looks hearty. The staff is kind, honest, available, and knowledgeable. The plants are arranged to be easily found by type so it’s easy to navigate if you know what you want already. Fun displays and unique yard art. It’s hard to leave without a few must-have’s.”

“I had been shopping for a mattress for several weeks. This was the first and only, of many stores I visited, which actually had the mattresses they advertised, for the price they advertised. Michael was knowledgeable of the stores products, he helped when I asked him to, yet gave me space, and time to think, without pushing the sale. I don't appreciate clerks who smother me, and he was sensitive to that. It was a nice shopping experience.”
