“Teri gave way better customer service compared to the corporate Verizon store by the mall. I do wish they told me a bit more about the prices of accessories but they did waive a lot of fees and helped fix the issues caused by the corporate location by the mall. Overall 5 outta 5 stars for Teri and her coworkers”
“Rony did the best job for our 6 line AT&T upgrades. He let us know of all the benefits and was very generous with his time and explained everything thoroughly. The other employees in the business had a great demeanor and were nice as well. Great atmosphere in addition to product.”
“I had a great experience at the location I was helped at. I will always choose the non corporate locations because my experience is always more positive. Staff were very friendly and helpful and remained professional the entire time even when dealing with my occasional attitude due to being frustrated. I was helped as soon as I walked in and the representative went above and beyond to assist me with my needs.”

“To be fair I think it would be pretty tough to give a place five stars being it's a Walmart and kind of a disaster at times. But the North Walmart in Bismarck traditionally has good people working there and a much better atmosphere than the southern one. But overall with the pitfalls the pluses and minuses they do make it affordable for most people to just live in this horrific economy horrific economy”
“We’ve been stuck with a local broadband provider for several years that has taken advantage of their monopoly. We just moved to T-Mobile for our wireless service and could t be happier! The speed is faster than the old provider, and we’re saving $50 a month!! The T-Mobile staff was super helpful at the store by getting us set up and letting us know how to get the system set up in our house. Highly recommended if you are in the service area, and you’ll save a bunch compared to the major competitor in Bismarck.”

“I went in originally to fix a billing issue with reoccurring YouTube charges I thought I had cancelled, however my rep Jordan found out for me that I was actually eligible for a new phone at a great deal I couldn’t pass up, also we got to talking about capabilities with certain programs related to music production (something we both had in common after I mentioned the program “logic pro”)
and was frustrated that the iPad I currently had under my plan iPad (A16) couldn’t operate this program. We did the math on it and figured out that the M5 processor iPad Pro would be a good choice and I upgraded that as well!
(I was originally going to get a new MacBook from Best Buy but this ends up
Working out so much better.)
He was super helpful with providing options and with his sales skills without coming off as “overselling” which I appreciated.
