“I know the hours can be sometimes inconvenient BUT the few times I have had to go to this location there've been no problems.On 08/30 we needed to ship a LARGE item which had to go through this location.When we arrived a sign on the door directed us to a different location. The door was open and we inquired inside and the gentlemen explained the staff shortage was the reason.When he heard our story he immediately came outside and helped us bring the item in. It takes two to move it, seriously!He could not have been more gracious.Thanks for the help.”

“A package recently went to the wrong address. The sender was at fault, but when I called the Bismarck PO, I was told they would try and retrieve the package. Last night, a man showed up at my home to deliver the package he received at his home. He was able to bring it to me because the PO person I talked to said he would inform the carrier and the carrier then left a note in that man's mailbox telling him my address. The man bundled up and walked my package to my home which was several streets away. Just want to thank the person I talked to at the Bismarck Expressway PO and the carrier who followed through. Too many people bash the PO for wrong delivery. Mine was not the PO fault by any means, but they went the extra mile to get my package to me. Thank you and Merry Christmas.”

“Sherri and elley were so very helpful!! Ive never shipped live plants before, and the ladies were so helpful and kind. My only negative comment would be the older gentlemen working was fairly rude by trying to rush the lady. I appreciated the ladies patience and friendly attitudes”
